    I have had a ****** ****** installed that comes with a three-year hundred thousand mile ******** parts and labor, now I am having issues with the ******, and since Memphis auto repair shop, install the ****** thats related to ****** ******** protection so I called ****** *** explain to them that Im having issues with the ****** and I was told by them to take the vehicle back to Memphis auto repair shop. I was giving a a number thats associated with the ******** so Memphis auto can get paid for their work associated with the ********, but for some strange reason, the owner keeps telling me that ****** will not honor the ******** because he owes them money and that he dont know if he will be able to do the job because ****** do not want to pay him and that hes not making any Money . I am being told over and over that hes not making any money that ****** wont pay him, I explained to him nicely. I am here for a ******** related problem. I dont understand. Why are you telling me all of this youre putting me in a real uncomfortable position right now. as if youre not willing to honor the ******** that we agreed upon unless you get more money because youre telling me over and over Youre not making anything . This place has been in business over 35 years now aint no way hes not making anything from ****** ******s through their ******** system.. im here at your shop because I bought a ****** from you with a ******** this is what I told him. I left my truck there, January 4 of 2024, I am wore out with this man telling me he aint making any money as if its my fault for choosing a ****** ****** that hes advertising in front of his shop

    The vehicle in question is currently at our shop and being repaired. The engine manufacturer ******** has a process that has to be followed when a warranty issue arises.Memphis Auto is not authorized to make any repair on a warranty claim until the manufacturer authorizes that repair.The customer has the option to take the vehicle to any auto shop they choose for warranty work,if they feel that they are being treated unfairly,however the process is the same on warranty claims for every shop.We are in the process of replacing the engine under warranty now that the manufacturer has approved the repairs,and are hopeful to have the customers issue resolved as soon as possible.
