We ordered one large canopy from eCanopy.com in the past and was pleased with the service and delivery. Its been durable over the years, so we recently we ordered another canopy and received the same great service, delivery and product.Review from Zoe O

My father purchased a shed for $699.00!! The order was placed in July. He waited and waited for the shed. He then receives and email that they tried contacting him that the shed was being delivered!! They NEVER left a message, they claim that they called him three times!! Since then he receives an email that since he didn't call them back they are going to refund his account $193.39 the rest of his money which is $ 506.00 is for a restocking fee!!! This man is on a fixed income and can not afford to lose that kind of money. I spoke to Kevin the general manager and he explained to me that he doesn't believe that no one left a message!!! SO STEAL $ 506.00 form a retired veteran!!! Shame on you!!! We will take this further.....
