I have a debit card through********* "banking for humans" and on 7/3/2021 I made a purchase at the ******************** for $400 for 4 gift cards, the money was not put on the cards and a refund was issued to me from the ******************** but they did not have enough cash to refund me the $400 so they asked if I would accept it on a debit card ($100 was charged from this Dave debit card so I had the entire $400 refund issued to that card. The*********pany put a hold on the $400 refund because they did not see where that amount was charged (I tried to explain that the entire amount (except $100) was paid in cash and they refused to give me my money without itemized receipts! The dollar store issued a one line refund under a General Ledger number and Dave would not accept this and still WILL NOT GIVE MY $400 to me!!! They told me to wait 6-8 weeks and get it from the ********************!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/11/09) */ Mr. ******* received a $400 refund to his Dave debit card when there was not a corresponding debit to the card. Dave did hold the refund and requested that Mr. ******* provide copies of the refund receipt since the refund did not match the account activity. Ultimately, no receipt was provided and Dave refused the transaction.
