I bought an IPhone 13 with case and screen protector on 12/7/23 for a total of $370.00. I was insured that even though this was a use used phone that I had 3 months after purchase to bring it back if I had any problems that were not physical damage to the phone. I bought it later in the evening so I waited till the next morning to transfer all my stuff from my old phone. At this time, there was a warning/notification that said unable to determine if the battery is a genuine part and/or functioning properly. I kind of bypassed this because it was a used phone after all. So as Im going through my 1st morning with the phone I realized that my speaker phone doesnt work (they cant hear me.) So once again I just said to myself its a used phone, I cant win them all. Well that same evening (after the stores are closed) there is a black dot that appeared in the middle is my screen, a couple is turn off and ons later, there is a complete line going down my screen. This I couldnt over look. So the next afternoon (today) I go up to the store with the original receipt and told them the situation, from the battery to the screen. And instantly the owner/worker blamed it on me. He said it was a pressure point that there was nothing he could do and my warranty is void. Ive literally had the phone for 36 hopes. I bought the most expensive case (otterbox) and a screen protector when I bought it. There isnt a single scratch, ****, smudge or anything on the screen or the case to say this is my fault. They completely fooled me. I wasnt asking for my money back, which I think I should get with all the problems, but I just wanted a different phone for the same price that wasnt flawed. He refused. I then even asked him if he would honor the warranty for the in-genuine battery and speaker phone and he told me he would not touch the phone, and that I needed to take better care of my stuff. This is outrageous!! How can you say theres a warranty but not honor it?! Please help
