              On May 6, someone contacted me from this company telling me that they are a diversity company. They misrepresented themselves which is against the law. When I googled the phone number- **********- I saw that this was a debt collection agency. The woman kept asking me for my zip code to allegedly verify she was talking to the correct person. I refused, because if you are calling me, you should know who I am. There was initially a misrepresentation of where she was calling from- I told her to never call me back again, and here I have another voice mail from this number on 5/14/2024. This is harassment, and misrepresentation saying you're a diversity company when you're really a debt collector is against the law.

              ******************************* gotta be the worse employee in there she dont ever replay back to vmails or call you back i literally had to press redial on the phone over and over for her to answer! The courts sends out a form for me to pay a certain amount and it was paid on time! Then i receive a letter for guenishment of my check! Why and how when nobody told me about any other amount except what was on the paperwork from Shelby county office! She then tells me i owe another amount and she told me my full amount when we were setting up payments which was a lie because that day i wrote everything down in entirety so i would know what to pay and how to pay! I then turn around and call back to speak to someone else who gives me a different amount than what ****** had just said! She dont know nothing in there any just be falsifying! Then you cant even get a balance on your receipt after payments so GOD knows what the real amount really is! This place is a disgrace! KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING when it comes to this place!
