      Since April 2024, The Diabetes Store, **** has repeatedly sent an nvoice totaling $516.65 for two Dexcom G6 Transmitters allegedly shipped to my wife on January 3, 2023 and January 6, 2024. Both my wife and I have made dozens of calls to the company in an attempt to resolve this situation. When we finalIy eached Billing I explained that my wife never received any G6 supplies from The Diabetes Store, **** on January 3, 2023 and January 6, 2024, she advised that it was easy to prove the shipment was made from the records stored on the companys computer system. However, when ******* attempted to access the records she could not locate any documents regarding the alleged shipments. ******* noted the lack of records was strange and she would have to refer the matter to a supervisor who would contact us but never did. It should be noted that both my wife and I have been repeatedly told during those calls that were answered by The Diabetes Store, ****'s billing department that the matter would be referred to a supervisor who would call us but no supervisor has ever contacted us. In follow-up calls to ******* she attempted to explain away the lack of shipping records by claiming the G6 supplies billed in January 2023 and ************************************************** December 2023 and 2024. Rather than waste time, I forwarded correspondence to the DIabetes Store, **** last month notiing the easiest way to resolve this issue was to provide me with verifiable documents for the G6 supplies allegedly shipped to our residence in January 2023 and 2024. The Diabetes Store, **** has yet to respond to my documents request and contiues to send me an invoice for $516.65. Since there are no documents regarding the shipments I am left to believe this is simply an act of fruad by The Diabetes Store, ****The Diabetes Store is now threatening to refer this matter to an attorney or collection agency.

      The Diabetic Store use to be one of the best places in ******* but Not Any More. I spent more than a few minutes trying to order an Easy Touch pin needle, should have been easy. The customer Service contact didn't have a clue. Then he said he would have to check the warehouse. Then he hung up on me. I called back and the second *************** up on me. The third guy was very nice and by now i'm pretty hot. He try's to help me but I can't make him understand what I want. He said you will have to talk to the Pharmacy and that he didn't know that much about Pin Needles. By now I am real exasperated. While I was chatting my wife went to Easy Touch.com and ordered exactly what I was looking for. I will be using other sources in the future. This was a Bad Experience
