The organization deleted my public commentary, after which I canceled my subscription. However, the organization has charged me for access through December 28 yet denies me access now and refuses to reimburse me for the difference between my cancellation date and now.Business response

The subscriber cancelled his subscription at 7:11 pm on 10/24/2023. Our customer service support is open M-F *********. We received the cancellation as well as the BBB complaint on the morning of 10/25/2023. We tried to process a refund for the cancelation but the subscriber had removed his payment information from our system. By doing so we were not able to automatically refund the $17.92. We processed a friends and family refund on 10/25/2023 before 9 am. We notified the subscriber of this and have enclosed a copy of the support ticket.Customer response

I called in to have my subscription canceled. ***** ****** asked for my email address to look up my account. I gave her all three email addresses that belong yo me that might be associated with the account. I gave her my credit card information and she stated that she still could not find my account. I sent her a copy of my bank records showing that $12.99 has been charged three times over the last three months which indicates that I have a subscription with the last charge being on December 2, 2021. She became rude and started acted as if she could no longer hear me and disconnected the phone call. In a attempt to cover herself she called right back and allowed the phone to ring once and hung up again. I sent and email providing a copy of my bank statement showing the charges. I do not appreciate her rudeness as a representative of this company and will NEVER patronize with them EVER again.Business response
