      Terrible experience for a first time customer. I contacted them they welcomed me then when services were offered my director ***** did not communicate correctly. I had to keep calling him to check the update on what was going on with my baby ******. He was out of town and I didnt know that was one of the reason he wasnt able to be on top of my case and with that he should have maybe given it someone else because Im a concerned person. I was just trying to put my infant to rest. He made that hard for me. I cried and cried. It took about a month or so to get her cremated. I didnt know that would take so long. I asked could I see her for one last time and I was told no. That hurt. So, they dont allow you to view the body one last time if you are trying to say your last goodbyes if you are getting your baby cremated. I will never use these services anymore. It is too much to deal with and the communication from the Director ***** didnt show any interest. Seems to me he just wanted a check. That is kind of crazy to me. They have people working there that dont even care about the customers experience. Mine was horrible for a first time user of this company and when the passing comes about of myself and other children, we wont be using them.

      MJ Edwards Funeral Home called my sister on Mothers Day, May 14th to discuss pre-paid burial services for her as she had used them 6 years earlier to bury her son. When her and her husband shared how they felt this was insensitive, they were met with unprofessional behavior and no remorse. It is important for funeral home employees to exhibit emotional intelligence. Mothers Day is going to be inherently difficult for a grieving mother. I would encourage people to avoid this company at all cost!
