    I, *** ******, received a notice from **** ******, Service Mgr., that my 2024 Honda Odyssey, I purchased there on 12/26/2023,was due for an oil change. The notice went on to say that an appointment had been made for 8 am on 6/19/2024 I complied and arrived on time.The service advisor, *******, said that my vehicle did not have enough miles to get the free oil service provided by Honda **********. I said OK, but I was promised 8 free oil services as one the conditions for buying the car from ***** ********( General Manger). I went on to say that as a master mechanic and shop owner, with 40 years of experience ,how important the first engine service can be and since I was already there, just use one promised by the **. ******* says that he will check the records.******* returns and tells me that he can't find any record that I was given any free oil changes. I ask to see the service mgr. **** comes out the service desk and I ask him to help resolve this issue and get my van serviced. ****** responds by telling me how much cars have changed over the years and oil changes are very expensive and can't be given away. I replied saying that I was promised this by the ** of this dealership, and I was there at his request! **** replies that he can do till the "orange wrench" light comes on. At this point I asked if I could speak with the new car sales mgr. **** ******,and sit in the service area waiting room. **** and another man (I wasn't told his name) started questioning me about why I wanted to see him.----There were some customers nearby, so I asked if we could go somewhere a little less public.We then moved to a vacant office,and I again related my plight but to no avail.Even though **** was one of the Mgrs. I negotiated with when I was buying the van!

    Auto Nation Honda on Covington Pike is the worst and their service department is horrible. I bought a **** Honda Accord in October 2023 and they provided great service until I received my tags and then they dropped the act of great customer service. I came today for an appointment that they initiated for a recall to be not only ignored and not acknowledged after sitting in my car but also to be told what was needed for the recall was on back order. I drove 38 minutes to get here so the courtesy of the same call to make the appointment could have been extended to say no need to come. It takes a lot to get my ****** and today they exceeded it. I sat in my car while being ignored and called to speak with the general manager and he sent someone to act as the service manager and it makes sense. He never apologized for my inconvenience or the behavior of their staff and literally treated me as if he wanted to do whatever was needed for me to go away. The only good thing he did was let me know I could go to any Honda to get the services needed for my car which means I NEVER have to come here again!!!! This is my first and last Honda for sure. ****** you win overall!!!!!!!!!

    I travel to ******* in ******* so my son can receive cancer treatments. I live in ********. I had my brakes changed February 2023 at this dealership. July 2023 my car stopped at ******* ave. It wouldn't move forward, but it would move backward. I thought it was the transmission. I had it towed to a transmission shop. It wasn't the transmission. A bolt came loose from the brake and cracked my wheel. I called the dealership to see if they would look at it. I asked them to tow it from the shop to the dealership because my insurance doesn't cover business to business tows. Many people told me "we don't tow". I called ****** the Service Mgr. She said they would tow it but I would be responsible to pay if they "didn't do anything wrong". They never said when they would tow it. I called many times of the 2 days to see: if my car arrived via tow, when it would be looked at, what were the issues, and when would it be done. I never got a hold of anyone that could tell me anything. Just call center employees that are not on-site. They could message service managers, assistant service managers. But no one would respond. Finally after 2 days of hearing nothing I rented a car and went back to ********. I didn't know if it would be done in hours, days, weeks or it was even being looked at. Tell me you are behind and need some more time. Just tell me anything. I was called the next day. They fixed it and I was charged nothing. They did what I expected them to make it right. I am just floored by the lack of service in a ******************* Some shops have online tracking of status of car. At least have someone call, text, message me to let me know anything about my vehicle. I sent emails, left messages, called and had the call center message the service department. No one ever answered my call. It was really weird. I think it is just bad business not to communicate what you are doing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Go somewhere where they give you service.

    I had my car tow to Covington Pike Honda. First they lied saying my car wasn't there; then I when up there and found it on the lot. No apologies nothing. Then I ok them to do my repairs, ask them to contact my ***************, they never did. I pay and pick up my car. My car was damaged on the front passenger side bumper. The service manager came out took a picture of the damage and said she would call me. I have been back several times she was never available. Never a call back. **************** ability was very poor service.
