    If you go to Chuck Hutton, I strongly advise against no dealing with ***************** in service department. Although he has been with the company for a while, its clear that hes becoming burned out. This is evident in his increasing impatience and the inaccuracy of his advice and information regarding cars, especially when the dealership is busy or close to closing.

    NO STARS FOR CHUCK HUTTON TOYOTA I have been a long time customer for many years. Today was my lucky day! I was charged $1000.00 for a 24 Karat Gold RADIATOR for a 14 year old ***** bucket 2010 Toyota Corrolla! Last month, I was charged over $900.00 for a alternator & a battery for the same Corrolla. Good for me! So great to be taken advantaged of by those who think you have no sense and that you don't know any better than to pay these astronomical made up prices while they patronize you while looking at radiators for $100.00 & less at Toyota Parts site. SICK TO MY STOMACH PAST ANGRY!!!!I am contacting my congressman & getting with others in the community & the State to see what can be done against all of these car companies.

    I'm trying to rate '0'. I purchased a 2020 4Runner that's supposed to be certified with new tires. One year later, I took my *** in to get the tires balanced. There was a nail in one ******** was told it had been patched twice & could not be patched again. The problem is the tires WERE NOT NEW & I'M NOT SURE THE *** IS CERTIFIED. After going back & forth about the 2 patches, the service ******************** agreed the 2 patches were done by Toyota. THEY SAID WHEN TOYOTA PATCHES A TIRE IT IS RECOGNIZABLE. This let's me know the ***** WERE NOT NEW when I purchased the ***. After some back & forth, Toyota provided 2 ********* bought 2 thinking this would resolve the tires being out of balance. The *** is still out of balance. The *** has been balanced 4 times in the last month, it's not the vehicle, the proble is the tires. It still rides terrible because TOYOTA KNOWINGLY PUT CHEAP ***** ON MY *** THAT SHOULD NOT BE ON AN ***. The tires & steering wheel shake, the driver's seat vibrate, & the tires make noise. I got caught in a torrential thunderstorm & was terrified. Toyota put these LOW GRADE, CHEAP ***** ON MY *** PUTTING MY ************* IN DANGER. It was so difficult to control the *** on Hwy 385. The rear end of the *** was fishtailing all over the place and it feels like there are no shock aborbers on the vehicle. I spoke to ***** on 8-14-23 and no one from Toyota has contacted since then. At this point, I have purchased 6 tires, the 4 original and 2 on 6-26-23. I'm not comfortable driving my *** & it's in the garage most of the time. I need some better tires from Toyata!!!

    If I could give 1 star I would. Let me begin by saying I have given them chance after chance to make things right and they have continued to fail. I took my car in to have it checked because it was idling up and down and vibrating. I was told previously by a mechanic that it seemed to be the throttle body. When they put it on the diagnostic machine the service advisor called and advised me that it was the throttle body and the cost to repair approx. $600. I asked if that would correct the problem and was advised it would. One week after having it repaired it did the same thing. I called the service advisor(Mark) 3 times and he never returned the call. I took it in to have them check it out and after keeping it 2 days with no phone call to update me of the status I decided to call and ask the status. Of course he did not answer the call again and I texted him as he suggested previously and he finally texted back and advised the problem could not be duplicated and it is probably the motor. I then asked if I needed to come there to show them what it was doing and of course now the tech is no longer there. This is not my first time having issues with them but I can guarantee it will be my last. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who wants to text about your car problems. I will NEVER use them again.

    If I can give 0 stars I would. They saw my broke **** coming from far away. I was so stupid to go thru them. I finally sat down to read my paperwork and saw how they gouged me for $24000 vehicle they got my financed for $59000. I'm so mad I can cry. They told me they needed all they money I had on me and in my checking account to get the finance company to finance me, literally left me with$60 to last 2 weeks. They took $2700 and made it seem like they had to beg and plea with the finance company and they just barely got me in with some sweet talking to them. I'm so disgusted with them for doing this to me. They're fast talking and tell you this and that about fees and I'm not a person that understands that kind of mumbo jumbo. I hate they did this to me!!!!!

    his was my 8 brand new vehicle purchase in my life. This dealership was the worst experience I have ever had in this area. They took full advantage of me because I was a woman. To start i had an appointment to get an offer for my trade in. I told the saleman i was on lunch and needed to return that even bc the car i was looking had not been served yet so. That was the plan if the numbers were right will this dealership does payment packing which is adding misc amounts like $1k for wheel lock and window tint and an extended service agreement i was not aware of. And i was not allowed to even leave in my trade to go back to work while the car was getting ready like i was initially told. Then i left a few hours later with no window tint on the car. No call from the dealership the nest day to schedule or anything so i when back with my husband the next afternoon and spoke to a manger that was rude and brushed it off as i signed the papers oh well but after looking at the car he admits the tint should have been schedule. They low balled me on my trade in. They gave me $75,000 and it was listed the next day at $87,992. I was upside down $4,400 so they could have done a little better on their offer if they was adding in all their misc charges that they do not tell you about. I hope this helps someone else from making a bad decision with this dealership. PLEASE READ ALL PAPWER WORK WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!

    Called and they ran my credit and had the deal almost complete and they sold the vehicle in the process. This dealership is very dirty in the ways of business. Stay clear of the salesmen ***************************** and ***********************. They have no follow through and take advantage of customers. Also, if you do your research you will find they are taking advantage of customers by charging way over MSRP.
