    My 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid was sent to Lincoln of Memphis for a diagnostics check in 2022. I was charged for the diagnostics check and told it was my hybrid battery. In 2023, same vehicle was sent for a diagnostics check again but was told the diagnostics couldn't be performed because of the inexperience. When I talked to the manager (*****) his main concern was who installed the motor and why they didn't conduct and fix the problem (repeatedly since the beginning of me sending my vehicle). They new my vehicle was a hybrid, wasn't working, and all the details. I spent money to have my car towed there just to be told this. I should be refunded for the last diagnostics months earlier because that means that there was no way for you all to perform a diagnostics then

    According to our records, ************************* came to Lincoln of Memphis on or around 4/1/22 to get this 2011 MKZ Hybrid diagnosed. Our service department did exactly what she asked by diagnosing the vehicle. We provided full estimates to get the car in good working order. The estimate amount was $12054 including taxes. Repair work was declined by **************, but instead, the client is taking our diagnosis and getting work done elsewhere. With the nature of the previous repairs being done at another non-Lincoln, non-**** repair shop, it is not in the best interest of Lincoln of Memphis to follow the other shop's work. If we follow their work, it'll avoid the warranty that could have been provided by them, and it'll give ************** a sense that this aged vehicle could be taken to our shop or the other repair shop if there are any other mechanical failures. Lincoln of Memphis has decided to decline any future repairs on this 2011 MKZ and I have gone above and beyond by paying $125 towards the tow bill for ************** since we are declining to work on her vehicle. It is not advantageous of the repair shop or the client to have diagnostic tests performed with no intentions on completing any repairs at that location.

    This issue has yet to be resolved. I never received money that was said to be mailed, now, 2 weeks ago on Monday. I never bounced my vehicle to so many different people as the ** stated. You all over a service of diagnostics. I clearly stated before sending my vehicle that this was the only service I wanted from you all. Just as all service shops states, "The diagnostics fee will be a part of the repair service if I CHOOSE to have you repairs to my vehicle completed by you all or would be paid with no additional fee if not". The ** have a very smart, unpleasant mouth. COVID have forced companies to provide very unprofessional services. I will not be purchasing from **** or any other **** vehicles from this day forward. I am very disappointed in this company.

    We purchased an MKZ from this dealership. Its a complete mess. We purchased in July 2022 and it has been in the shop ever since. We have literally been able to drive the car and had it in our possession for 2 weeks since we purchased it, its now October 2022. Not to mention, they were suppose to fix the front fender which was messed up. Lincoln sent it off to their body shop to fix it and it was glued with some sort of substance, as if that would fix it. The entire piece needs to be replaced and they refused to do it. They then said they would pay for half of it. Well, as soon as we were leaving with the car, driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. They refused to deal with that issue. We paid to have the issue repaired for that and then the electrical system started going out. They ignore phone calls and once ya get them on the phone, its nothing but lies. To say their customer service *****, is an understatement. I would not use this dealership to purchase a car.

    Their website gave me a value for my car as a trade. The salesman texted me the bid was accepted. I took off work to go complete a deal. At the dealership, they offered me much less than their online appraisal and claimed that was only an estimate. They use this to lure you in for a deal. These folks are not honorable.
