      Me and my two children were hit by a spinning motor vehicle on the hwy in *******. In pain, I called the first trial attorneys I could think of NST and they took the case ( me having no prior knowledge that I needed to hire an attorney in the state the accident happened in, and NST did not offer that information) and when I needed to go to trial NST attorneys were not able, they had no licensed attorneys that could represent me in ******** so NST hired a Chicago attorney ******* ******* who haphazardly prepared me for trial than quit on me because I would not settle for $25,000, NST then told me to find a Chicago attorney to work with them which was impossible. When the case was about 4 1/2 years old NST attorneys stated that the insurance company has offered the maximum and I was advised to settle and not go to court because I did not have the money to get back and forth to court, or the warm clothes for the cold climate, plus I was advised that I needed to take the settlement money to pay my back rent because I had no one to stay with by **** Trotz, very strange and strong coerce tactics. ***** **** made statements as well as ***** ****** that should never be uttered to clients from hired attorneys. I continued to beg to go to court to have the judge hear the case but my pleads fell on deaf ears all while I suffered in pain alone, I was also made to feel as if I would have to personally sue the other party I was made to be what I dreaded my whole life and that is a burden to the people that I love and to society because someone hit my vehicle and now me and my son are without homes they did my son worst than they did me. My son had just turned eighteen, 10 days prior to the accident, he was still in high school, with an IEP, and NST staff coerced him that he did not need anymore medical treatment despite his head being directly where the vehicle hit our truck. I lost my children they dont want me around, I lost my home of 17 years, my career, my ability to walk

Our office investigated the automobile accident, and we began developing the case and protecting your legal rights. After a lawsuit was filed, you agreed to settle your case. Since that time, you filed a complaint with the ******************************* Responsibility, the Board that governs lawyers.  After conducting its investigation, the Board dismissed your complaint, and we have been trying to get you your money for the past several months. Even though your telephone number has been disconnected, we have sent you letters, and we have emailed you at least 15 times to let you know that your money is available to pick up at any time. You only responded one time to let us know that you would be in touch with us. We have not heard from you since then. Please call us at ************ so that we can finally give you the settlement check proceeds. If you have any questions, we would be glad to meet with you in person or we could talk on the telephone.
