    This is a a legit and honorable company. They respond quickly when there are issues. I had shipping damage and they immediately answered my inquiry and got me parts reshipped with no charge. Also, there was an error on their part for the design drawing and they investigated and made the situation right. No charge to ship me the correct parts and they were answered my questions the same day or next. This is A+ BBB rated company and they deserve/earned that rating. .

    I work for a pool construction company. I had to order a specific part for a liner pool that our distributor didnt have. I guess I put our company name in for the purchase, and got put on a list of contractors. For the past 3-4 years I have had people reaching out to me for work, and have to turn everyone down due to us one, not work on liner pools anymore, and two, we are busy enough with our own work, and did not sign up for this. I have called three times now, each time resulting in you have been taken off our list, but here I am still getting inquiries and are specifically being told they got my name, number, and email from royal swimming pools.

    This is my experience with this company. Poor service, very disappointing. Being honest didnt help me any. Not even granted an exchange. I would be very careful ordering from this company.

    The purchase contract clearly states what can and cannot be returned. It is an industry-standard policy that vinyl liners cannot be returned after they are attempted to be installed.

    If zero were an option, that is what they deserve. Pool arrived late, on a shattered pallet with both missing and damaged parts. 16 in total (uprights, top rails, cove pieces). Spent two weeks emailing the company back and forth only to learn that the damaged pieces according to them, "wouldn't effect the pool installation". They hid behind their delivery claim even though the contracted freight company NEVER notified me of the delivery so, I was physically unable to follow their written policy. So, I am now the proud owner of a used condition pool with obvious damage that took over a month longer to receive than promised and I got to pay full price for all parts, shipping etc. Do yourself a favor BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE if you value your time or money. Customer ********************** is laughable at best and their lack to provide any actual resolution is APPALLING. Shame on you Royal pools. I thought American made would have more pride in their products and customer **********************. I was WRONG TO BUY FROM ROYAL POOLS, don't make my same mistake.

    An email was sent to you with the freight tracking information and the freight company's phone number to schedule delivery. The email also had a reminder of your responsibility to check for damage before signing the delivery ticket. The shipment was signed as being in good condition with nothing noted as missing. You later reported missing one piece of foam and some scratched parts. You requested that the missing foam piece be shipped to you so you could install the pool. A foam piece was shipped to you. In our email to you, we stated, If you want to file a claim for any damaged items we can assist you with that. We do expect customers to abide by the responsibilities of their purchase contract.

    The shipping was completely unfair. They expected the customer and people that they had arranged to take 700 pound hot tub off of a flatbed truck. I do not recommend this company and the delivery process people could've been hurt.
