    This company called us in the spring about buying drug awareness book marks with our logo on them. We did not want them however they were sent and then we were invoiced $265.42. We sent them back and have record of the company receiving them. I have left voice messages, fax messages and emails telling the company we will not pay their invoice. The company WILL not call us back. Now, every week we receive an invoice via fax asking for payment. I always write a note on the invoice once again explaining the situation and that we will not pay this invoice. I feel as though it is now bordering on harassment. The company should have the decency to contact us however they continue to ignore requests to call us. I just want them to stop sending us invoices and not send us to collections for their mistake.     I work in a library and this company has called a couple of times a year for years acting like they've known me for years. Usually, they'll just say "Hey this is Name from *******." Like you know them, but not giving their company name, until pressed to do so. I've asked many times to be added to their no-call list, but to no avail. They continue to call. If you stay on the line and listen to their sales pitch they become pretty pushy. I've explained several times that this is a small rural library. Firstly, funding is very limited, so I would never purchase something over the phone blindly. Second, purchases are carefully decided upon and there has to be a specific reason for ordering anything. Third, I try my best to not order incentives that are basically junk. Many patrons don't want the junk anyway. They have been so shady at times that I'm surprised that they are still in business. I have never and will never order anything from this company.
