      I leased under Lubin between June 2021 and October 2022. In October 2022, my lease was taken over by another company. I was told that the deposit I paid Lubin in 2021 would be refunded through Lubin. I've tried reaching this company since October 2022. I've called and as usual I never get a live person. I've emailed and no respones. I would just like my deposit back. It is the total of $400.

      I am rejecting this response because: I began renting an apartment from this company in June of 2021. I've submitted complaints about them before. In October of 2022, I was made aware that my lease had been taken over by another company. In the transferring of all of my information between companies, my deposit never made it to the new company. Since then until now, Lubin has yet to send the deposit over and I am now under a third company. **** Lubin emailed me and stated that they in fact sent the $400 deposit over. I contacted ************************ several times. They see in their system that the funds were to be sent over on October 31, 2022. The actual fees have yet to reflect. **** Lubin has given me two check numbers. Why would there be two checks for my one account I am not sure. ***** cannot pull any info on their side as far as the actual checks. They have let me know numerous times that the funds never made it to them. **** Lubin has stopped responding to my emails once I stated that ***** cannot see check info on their side. I've been made aware by several people via social media that Lubin has also kept their deposits in the past. I am just wanting to make sure that my deposit of $400 makes it to the new company that I am now under as of September. I am using those monies towards a new residence when this current lease ends. It would be a headache to have to go to court for $400. I have emails between **** Lubin and myself since July 2023.

      learned last year that home that i was renting through lubin property management was up for sale. on may 4th, was contacted by ***** via phone call that i had 30 days to move with NO documentation of a notice. only through phone call. was contacted during the week of 5/28-6/3 by ***** again that i could be paid $1000 if i turned in my keys on monday june 5th. on june 5th .. i turned in keys and was given $1000 check from lubin property. i have video evidence of the exchange. on june 7th .. was notified through email that i was past due on balance of $600. was charged rent even though i turned my keys in. ***** contacted me stating that i left a small mess and that i needed to come get the keys from the office and go back to the house to get the rest of my items out of the home or pay the $600 in order to clear my balance. KEYS WERE ALREADY TURNED IN AND CHECK TO MOVE OUT WAS COLLECTED, the house is no longer being rented by me!!!

      The tenant was asked by phone if he would be moving 30 days. He agreed to moving only if we pay him 500 addition to returning his deposit. We agreed. The condition was to have all his belongings and debris removed from the property, Which again he agreed. After he returned the keys, we keep our end by giving him a check for a *******. We check the property within ************************************************************** the unit. We informed him which he stated he will come back to get the keys on Friday to clean it up . As of yet he still has done what he has agreed to

      The lease expires 6/30/23, but move out occured 5/5/23. There is a rent balance on the account due to the lease not being fulfilled; the deposit will be forfeited to the final balance. There was mention of maintenance repairs prior to move in, but I see no relevance if they were prior to move in.

      Pipes burst over Christmas at the time of me writing this complaint nothing has been done to fix them. 6/10 apartments in my building have bursted pipes. Numerous calls have been made. I just had to file with a complaint with the city. Because the water is now leaking out of the brick walls!

      I moved into my new home August 12th. Since then I have had serval maintenance tickets and nothing has been done properly. Its hard speaking to anyone so you have to email. When I first moved in, my tub was filling up with water. (Guest bathroom ). The water was slowly going down and majority of the time we are stepping in dirty water thats how long it takes for the water to go down. Secondly, when it rain the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking above my stove. Third, the tub once again is back doing the same. (I have put in 3 maintenance tickets yon that issue). Yes someone has came out and fixed the ceiling and someone has came out and fixed the tub but they are only fixing it temporarily. Fourth, here in ******* ** our weather is crazy. It was cold outside and my heat was not working. I put in a ticket someone came out and he said he had to order a part. The technician said it will take 3 days for the part to come. 2 weeks has passed no part no call nothing. Like I said the weather is crazy here. It begin to get hot again. I went to turn on my a/c nothing. The unit wont come on at all! My home is 80 degrees. I have put in tickets, have tried to call them nothing! I have asthma and I have been on my machine everyday because it is so hot. I went on the portal and my tickets has been closed and the issue is not fixed! I have replaced another ****** for my maintenance issues.l again. I need help getting these issues done.

      I had already moved away from 518 harahan before lubin call them selves contacting me and I was only 3 months behind which would have been **** dollars I tried constantly contacting them but no one answers the phone so wen somebody finally reached out to me I finally told them I had moved and had been trying to contact them I recently found out that they lied like they served me for court wen I was told to send an email and I did just that uts a shame how they tagged **** in debt in my name and I wasnt present or hadnt been served its ridiculous how I had to find out like this Ive tried reaching out again no answer its ridiculous and the rental office is always locked and no one to communicate with its sad

      The company is unethical and they employ a very ignorant lazy lady that does no answer the phone or door. The return of my deposit is overdue and not only have they not timely issued my refund, I have had to travel to the office because Ms. **** won't answer the phone. Even worst, I've spent lots of time and money to go there and she wont answer the door. I'm filing a complaint with MHA to get them off the choice voucher program. I am blowing up ****************** and instagram. I'm posting reviews at every site I can and then I and others will be going to the news. Lubin needs to exit *******, **.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response was a request for the address of the property. The address is ******************************************************** 38118.

      I spoke with someone from Lubin Property Management on Friday. She alleged that the unit had to be trashed out, the tub was dirty and the grass needed to be cut and fir that reason they were not returning my $750, which consisted of a deposit of $375 and last months rent of $375. The entire balance through the end of the lease was paid by Home901. The unit was clean, nothing left behind, the tub wasn't dirty and if the grass had grown by the time they came out....not my responsibility.  I have proof of everything and if they insist on not returning my refund, I will file suit and let the judge decide.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I spoke with **** ********************** and advised that CSA had provided the incorrect amount for the deposit and that it was in fact $375. I also told Mr. ********************** that I was present and only a few items were left up front (they were meant to be taken, but inadvertently left behind. In addition a tire and small table was left in the storage area). The amount for removing those items were excessive; however, the ridiculous attempt to charge $250 for resurfacing an old worn out tub (which is the owner's responsibility) is insane. He attempted to say other things were wrong in an effort to justify keeping the money, which was a lie. I have no time for games, so thank BBB kindly for attempting to help them resolve this. He chose not too....now the judge will decide. We will be seeking the *** of $25,000, so he can go ahead and lawyer up. We are done talking. We will be taking action in multiple ways starting with MHA as they are familiar. Close this case please. We do not want to hear another word from grimey dishonest people. He should watch social media, the news, his registered agents mail box and the court docket. Thank you.

      This company is incompetent and withholding my security deposit. I have communicated with the company consistently since they took over the property, followed all steps correctly to move-out, and agreed to a returned deposit amount.There was confirmation from **** Lubin himself that a check was sent July 14th. It is now August 17th and STILL no refund of my deposit!Timeline:4/30 - Notification given by Lubin Property Management (L**) of change in ownership and new requirements on how to pay rent.5/3 - I contacted the Property Manager (**) from L** in regard to new terms as lease will end May 31st with the old owners. Once the ** responded, I was told L** doesn't even have a copy if our original lease. I sent a copy of the original lease and needed ** to approve online account to pay rent.5/5 - Followed up to get clarity. The ** responded she was at court and will reach out tomorrow. I sent ANOTHER e-mail for her to approve the online account to pay on time!5/9 - Followed up. No response.5/11 - I get a response from the property manager (**) and was told L** doesn't have my deposit yet. To help, I said I would check with the old owners.5/13 - I respond and let ** know all deposits were surrendered at time of sale.5/17 - Sent another e-mail confirming the new owner requested deposits as a condition prior to sale.5/18 - Another associate from L** e-mailed asking if we were even still living on the property although I had been calling, texting, and emailing, for weeks.5/24 - Sent a follow up e-mail about setting up appointment to move out. The associate reached out to give me full information on how to complete it.6/6 - I notified L** other ********** had COVID. Requested to pro-rate pay for 2 weeks. No response. Paid online $425 anyway.6/14 - Moved out: Cleaned home, dropped off keys, and sent photos.6/17 - Followed Up. No Response 6/29 - Followed Up. **** Responded.7/8 - Agreed to $1025.7/14 - Follow up & received sent confirmation.

      Good morning my name is *********************************** my husband ******************************* we rent apartment from this company lubin property in *******,*********. The problem we are having we moved to 105 north belvedere March 1 ***** with 2 issues that are not being resolved and being ignored. We registered a *********************************** order to stay on property so we have someone keep coming over here bothering the car getting it tote off. Talked to the off they say they don't have anything to do with it. The young lady from the housing association said they didn't give our information to her so they won't be calling towing company to get our car because we live at this address. So it's a back and forward between all of them even though they won't talk to each other they're constantly telling me to do investigation and find out what went wrong but with me knowing what's gone wrong they're not doing anything to fix it even though I have told them one person is saying that the car wasn't registered the next person is saying that they didn't get their information about the registration in my car is sitting on the towing lot for longer and longer this is not the first time that they have taken my property and not responded or took in responsibility for my property coming up missing they have taken two different barbecue grills one gas one charcoal they have taken tires that go on the car they have taken smaller items such as flower pots and I am constantly communicating with them with them not replying back I would appreciate if someone will get in contact with me as early as possible and here is my husband's phone number as well if there's any issues with communication here ************ also we have a a gas issue that's in the apartment that we've had since we moved in in March we have it once a week and ***************** and Water came out and said it's a sewer gas situation Underground but it's coming in our apartment every week

      We have asked the resident to please call the tow company about there car being towed.  We asked them to ask the tow company why the car was towed. They have not given us any feedback, We do not manage the parking lot.  The hoa does this.  The hoa would not just tow someones car it would have to be posted first.  We also again the resident to call the tow company and ask for a picture of the sticker.  We have not received that either. We are glad to assist the resident if they can provide those items so we can figure out what happens.  We have met with the resident at the office and explained these exact things also.

      Hello  management  not one time ask me for the sticker that was on the car. Also we have tried  to get in contact with  the impound no answer and no one is never there. Second the only  thing these people  asked for is my license  plates  number for the cars which I sent couple weeks ago through  email. They won't answer the question  why the cars wasn't  registered and the information  wasn't  giving  to association. She said it's there fault the reason this happened.  The paper work he asked  was for the gas information.  Mlgw  don't give you paper work  when they come out. If he or she had of asked for the sticker we would have had this issue taking cared of. So I have emails that I kept also that he didn't  ask for no sticker that was put on the car.

      Once  again  we can't get in contact  with  the towing people not responded.  We have the sticker but it doesn't  help to send information  to them and they don't let me know  that they received  it and also can't go to the office  and make sure it's  put in the right hands to be taken care of because they don't answer the phone or return  calls. My husband  shouldn't have to drive across town and they leave you outside  in the heat before they answer the door. He still haven't  answered  about why I have late charges  when I sent my proof off receipts haven't  got that answer. See this the issue  lack of communication  if I send them they don't let me know they have information . But you can email  but you can't pick up the phone and have adult conversation. I haven't  been able to talk to people  since I moved in. I talk to machines everything I call.

      First of all lack of communication they never answer the phone or return calls or text from this company. I paid my rent on June the 6 .We pay out rent through ace check place. My rent $875 but the situation I paid $833 in cash and paid the remainder using a debit card didn't use all cash like I always do. So now they keep sending me emails saying I owe them $45 dollars and I don't and they want to charge late fees and no one is answering the phone or text to resolve cause I don't want a unexpected **** I have the receipts and also I sent them to the company no response. Also received a new car and email my tag so my car won't be tote off properly and no response from that either cause they tote cars if it's not registered over here.
