  This company sent a debt over to a collection agency stating that I owe a balance of $886 so it is on my credit. I previously owned a boutique, I rented an office suite at one of their properties to set up my boutique. Upon the initial walk through, signing and moving into the building everything was good. Over time the building conditions got really bad. No heat in the winter time and no air in summer time when its a 100 degrees outside. The ceilings started leaking and falling in. The hallways and my suite space started flooding damaging my products that I had to replace because the building owner wouldnt. The bathrooms almost never worked for myself or for my customers. So I use to have to temporarily close my store sometimes to take a break to go use the restroom somewhere else outside of the building. With all these issues going on I was forced to alter my store hours because I couldnt sit on there long under these conditions, my business suffered tremendously due to the poor building conditions and no efforts to get things fixed by management or building owner. I was also pregnant so eventually these issues caused me to break my lease because I could not work in these conditions and per my lease this company was responsible for keeping up the maintenance. The conditions were hazardous. I have pictures of all these issues. I am asking for this to be removed off my credit report due to this company breach of our contract. They failed to do what they were suppose to do but want to charge me for leaving before my lease agreement was up.
