      Her order contained a pre-order item that was published to ship on or around 9/5/2022.

      This first contact that was sent to me regarding her order was on 08/24 and she was informed via e-mail that day that her order contained a pre-order item and the estimated ship date as well as our pre-order policy.
      She responded back that she did not know an item was a pre-order and asked what a pre-order was and that she didnt believe what she ordered was a pre-order.
      She was refunded full amount $103.35 on 08/25.

      i bought tour tickets to graceland in ******* and they wont give me a refund or credit due to covid

      We received complaint number ******** regarding a purchase of tickets on May 3rd, 2022 for Elvis Week for August 2022. We have a no refund policy but we where in hopes this guest would still be able to come. We do allow a guest to reschedule for up to a year if they are not able to come at time schedule. Attached is the policy listed on line. We would be happy to assist in changing their tour date, etc.

      On 11/20/21, I Purchased a gift card in the amount of $150 as a gift. The physical gift card should've been shipped in 2-3 days according to their website. Almost a month later, I have still not received the gift card. I have emailed numerous times with absolutely no response. I have also called the number for gift card issues and it's automated and then doesn't let you speak to anyone - act like something is wrong with it and just keeps repeating itself at end with no option to speak to a human. The order number is CNDU39YCKY. I would like this shipped immediately or an electronic gift card sent to my email in the amount of the $150 so I can at least give my parents their Christmas gift.

      I have purchased tickets for Graceland. Im not allowed into the Country because of Covid 19 restrictions however the person that was travelling has passed away. I wont be coming to Graceland as it was his dream and not mine. I could not face being there without him. I had upgraded the tour to the highest one and am so disappointed with your response. Ive been told i cannot have a refund and feel this is appauling due to the circumstances. I would like the managment to have a hard long look at your policies.

      I purchased VIP tickets for the 4th of July for the Graceland tour package totaling $752.95 for 2 tickets. However because of Covid-19 we were unable to attend. I tried talking, calling the Graceland Nu, sent emails asking to at least honor my tickets through the year, as $752.95 is a lot of money to lose. I do not understand how this corporation can not honor other dates with the spread of this terrible pandemic. Do they not care about putting others in harms way.
