    In the process of removing the neighbor's tree, a major limb on our 25 year-old tree was shattered. Our tree was nowhere near the tree being removed. The workers were fully aware of the damage their carelessness caused, but neither they nor the company will acknowledge there is a problem. The client is content with the service provided. Client neighbors should beware.

    Mister Tree will be happy to take your money and cut your tree down, but he will leave it at the curb for a long time, causing complaints from neighbors and local government.

    8 am in a Saturday on a residential street!!!!!! Your office is closed but everybody else needs to get up because your working on their street at 8am on a Sarurday morning. All thumbs down, and I'm being nice because this is the BBB website.

    We had to have a tree removed, it took this Company 3 months to remove it and now we are having problems with him having someone to come pick up the tree and debris. Doesn't answer his phone and doesn't return calls...we have been very patient with this Company but now my patients is gone...4 months is way to long.
