This happened 01/25/2024.We went looking for a car with my mom and we came buy this dealer named 901 auto sales. When we got there *************************** the owner of the dealer came out and offered us to look at some cars that werent ready to be driven away. They had to be repaired. So my mom looked at them but didnt like that the option to wait. When we were about to leave ****** son came and offered us a 2020 equinox that was drivable. We took a look and we also did a test drive. He told my mom that if she wanted the car she needed a 4000$ down payment, and he also agreed to give us the car the same day when we completed the contract. When my mom completed the contract and paid them the 4000$ he told my mom that he had forgotten to fix something on the car, he told my mom that he needed to keep the car for one day so he could fix it. My mom told him that she didnt agree to that, she asked for the money back but he told her not to worry that he would have the car ready the next day. Two days passed by with out him calling. So we went to the dealer and it was closed. We called his mom ***** and she agreed to meet with us so we met and when we got there she told my mom that she could drive a 2017 Pacifica van while he fixes the original car we had agreed on. We took the van and I start to do some research on that dealership and found out that people were getting scammed. We tried getting our money back but they wont give it back so we did a police report. Everything is being investigated as of this moment.Initial Complaint

On April of *********************************************************************** and was not drivable at all after I explained my stress to *********************** and ******************************* ****** that I was in need of a reliable truck they promised me this was the perfect truck for me and would not have any issued coming in the future from this car, they also told me I had a 3month warranty a down-payment of 5000 was made even after they told me it was only 4000 I gave an extra 1000 to be finish paying this car soon due to the total of the car being 8000 I explained to them that my budget could not go over 10k after returning the truck to them a week later and returning it multiple times for them to work on it and fix the issues it seem like the car kept getting worse each time I would get it back I begged for my money back and it was declined during this period of time I also express to them that I lost my job and important doc appointments because my car always seem to be in the shop . After being forced in a third car it was told to me by ******************************* that the payments from the jeep of April 2023 would be transfer to may 2023 . As I am now in possession of a 2013 rt charger within a few days the car started running hot and I immediately notify them I returned this car for them to work on it twice and it kept also getting worse . As I was forced to take it to my personal mechanic he explained to me that the car was in very bad shape all around and brought it right on time before it could of caught on fire I came out of 1k to fix the issues and explained this to the 901 auto sales and also provided receipts she told me that it would be credited for the month June 2023 in the month on July 2024 a payment of 200 was sent to ********.sales and was returned and the following day the car was tooken away. I tried visiting the lot to resolve the matter which ended in worse matters I was awaited by more than 10 people with bats and other weapons and since then I have yet to beInitial Complaint

I bought a Silver 2014 Infinity Q50 from this dealership back in October 2023, paid in full $9500. but I didn't get the car title then because of still being in process they said. a couple days after purchase, they guy ask for another $800 from me to get the car register under my name. on November 2023, they take my car back to dealership to get the car inspected to get the title and they never bring it back, I have to go up there with a friends to pick up the car. On Wednesday 10 of January 2024, they take my car back again and the reason was to get inspection to get the title and said will bring my car back the next day. but this time he gave me another car to drive since I told them I wouldn't gave my car again if I didn't have another car to drive because that my only car to drive. on Friday 26 January 2024 I call them and said if I can't get the car that day, I just want to cancel the purchase and return my money of $8500 only, and they said they will bring my car back that day. fast forward to today Monday 29 of January 2024 I still hasn't get my car back. try to call several time, when I ask about the car, they always said will bring my car back that day but it never happened.Initial Complaint

I gave a down payment for a car and received the car. After three months paying it they called me to take the car to get it inspected to be able to get my car plates and the first time they didnt have time the second time they took and when i picked it up it was all fine. A week later the car started messing up. We told the dealership and they said to take it to a mechanic. So we did and they told us it was the motor messing up, we were going to fix it but once we told them that we wasnt going pay the car nore until we fixed it because we was paying out of pocket they got mad. They said they were going to fix it instead and said they was going to pay for everything, we get a call back the next day and said we have to pay out of pocket and I said no because they agree to pay it and I told them that if they are not going to fix it to at least give me half of what I already paied for and they said no and kept the car. After that they blocked us from our number do not want to see us when we show up to the dealership. They robbed us by selling us a vehicle thats wasnt good and took the car back and they kept the money and did not refund it to us back.Initial Complaint

In August 20 2022 I visited 901 auto sales to purchase a 2018 dodge white **** pack ********************************************* and my self made a verbal deal and gave them a deposit of $9000 how ever the car was not immediately available since it needed some repairs. The agreement was for me to wait 3 weeks for the car to be ready . After the 3 weeks passed they had me going back and forth because of some electrical problems after a couple of months they stated they couldnt sale me the car because they couldnt solve the issue on the car so I attempted to negotiate with them for a different vehicle as they were unable to refund me the $9000 but was unsuccessful, until today I still have no car or my money now they wont even answer my calls .. the only proofs I have is a receipt for the $9000 and text messagesInitial Complaint

Primero me dieron un carro Chevrolet 2013 y me sali mal el motor y luego ya no quisieron regresarme mi dinero y me dijeron que me iban a dar otro carro y vovlvi a pagar otros **** dlares y ya no me dieron el otro carro y ya no me regresaron mi dinero y luego alos das me volvieron a desir que me iban a dar otro carro y tuve que volver a dar otros **** dlares para que me dieran el carro Chevrolet impala *********************************************************************************************************************************************** dos meses empezaron los problemas otra vez por que ellos no me queran dar placa y nome queran entregar el ttulo para poder sacar mi placa y ellos todos los das me desvan qu tal da me iban a dar otra placa y slo me mentan nunca me dieron otra placa y entonces yo ya no poda mover el carro por que **** las placas vencidas y ellos queran que yo les estuviera pagando los pagos ********* pero ellos no queran darme el ttulo ********* noms me queran estar robando y asta que lleg el da que fueron a recoger el carro y estaba en mi casa y atrs haba otro carro de mi hermano y tuvieron que moverlo y dejarlo tirado en la calle para poderse llevar el carro y ellos no tenan que hacer eso ellos se metieron en propiedad privada para poderse llevar el carro y entonces yo los estoy acusando de robo por que no slo Ami me han robado si no que somos muchas personas ms que hemos sido estafados yo quiero todo lo que eh dado a ese dealer lo quiero de regreso quiero todo mi dinero ellos an robado a muchas personas cuando tuve el primer carro de parte de ellos espese a tener los mismos problemas por lo de las placas y lo del ttulo y pues un ya no **** placas por que ellos no me queran dar otra placa ni el ttulo y un da tenia una emergencia en *********** y tuve que ir as con placas vencidas y me paro la polica y me dio un ticket de mas de mil dlares y por la culpa de ellos no quererme dar placas ni ttulo

I want everything that was given to them. I want that dealer back. I want all my money. They have stolen from many people. When I had my first car from them, I started having the same problems because of the license plates and the title and well, one of them no longer had license plates because they They didn't want to give me another license plate or the title and one day I had an emergency in *********** and I had to go like that with expired plates and the police stopped me and gave me a ticket for more than a thousand dollars and because of them they didn't want to give me plates. no title

I trusted 901 Auto Sales with my vehicle, my ****** Sentra was having is***s , it was still functional, it was only a noice the transmission would make. I payed 901 Auto Sales to fix my vehicle. At first they kept me updated , but after sometime the one I gave it to was not answering my calls or texts , I go to talk with the dealership, which is 901 Auto Sales , I had given my car to one of the workers son . The woman then say she will try and communicate with him . It took sometime until we heard back from our vehicle. We saw our vehicle in there parking lot , it did not look as good as it did when we gave them our vehicle. It was not functional, it would not turn on not even a bit. All we wanted was our car and a refund, they took longer to give us our vehicle back as well as our refund , and until this day 10/31/2023 we have not received our full refund , it took us 10 months to receive our vehicle, they took parts from our vehicle, such as the rims , a top from the driver's seat on the bottom , cracked front window , the top of the motor , the battery . I am filing this complaint , to *** them for all the damages they did to my vehicle, after I trusted them with my vehicle, they left it worse then how it was at first . I am not the only person this has happened too.
