    Purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu on October 1st 2024 cash money was told they would transfer my tags from a vehicle I sold I waited two months and the drive out tag had expired and when I reached out the the seller at the lot he gave me the run around and then I received a title for another car different vin different year and I reached out to the seller again and been getting the run around I have been waiting and gave them time to get a title for the vehicle that was purchased I have a title to someone else car and vin# doesn't match year on is 2015 my car is 2016 can you help please!

    The car lot has registered the vehicle correct as of now we are just waiting on the title from Shelby county court clerk thank you in advance you can close this complaint out?

    A vehicle was purchased in November of 2023. We are now in January 2024 and the vehicle has many issues. We have giving them time after time to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved. They have had possession of the vehicle for close to a month now, promising the issues would be fixed.

    63178307EF89F to whom it make concern that matter has be taken care of she had a full warranty on her car and it is been repaired at the dealership, and as of the bolt that was striped we did fix that problem with no charge to her , thanks *********************

    This situation was not resolved. After taking the car to ***** I found out that the warranty was "no good". I had to pay out of pocket. After that situation, **** has now informed me that the motor is out. Now I'm stuck with a car note and a car I have not been able to operate since December.

    good morning i have tried to reach out to ***************** to get better understanding of her problem as of today at 9:00 am i call her she did answer the phone i told her who i was and what i was calling about and the she hong up the phone, i made a second attemp to call at 9:03 and she did not answer, her car is not at my facility i will reach out for the third and hopefull she will answer or please have her to call me at ************ or ************ cell, some how she is not in my system i will need the vin: and who it was finance.

    February 05,2021 i purchased a vehicle from a1 truck and auto. I have been unsatisfied since february 2021. I've been trying to get the truck fixed since purchase to no avail. First thing wheni got the truck brake problems never resolved then truck shaking in march oil leak truck need motor mounts, brake calipers, axles, wheel barrens, and a lot more.

    ATTN:BBB in reference to ********************* contract dated 01/21/2022 finance with credit acceptance with a 2 year **** mo. warranty that she must exercise as a courtesy upon purchase we warranty the engine and transmission for 30 days and there after the warranty ( superior protection plan) ************ can and will provide coverage for the 2013 gmc terrain. As of brakes problem i was not aware of any problem but will be glad to check her brakes and rooters for shakes the we are not aware of. i will be glad to inspect the terrain, it is not A-1 responsibilities to repair common **** and tare parts months later , as we value our customs she can come back to the dealership to be assist , please utilize your warranty for oil leaks 4-5 months after purchase, thanks ********************* *************
