im a single mother with no job or help, i have been saving up money to get me a car to ride in to get my kids to school and get to my doctor's ************ and get my mother to her doctors. and i went to this car lot thinking that i could get me car they tried to first sell me a truck that sounded like the bottom was about to fall out and when i said i didn't want to get that truck it's like they got mad with me then they had the guy call me back the next day and tell me he had found me a better truck it was just checked out and that nothing was wrong with it i went there i drove the truck and it drove ok it seem to drive ok for that moment the next day i continued to call and ask them if they could trade this truck in for something else because its not running correctly the guy told me to bring it back he would trade it for something else i took it back and he came out and asked the young lady can't we trade her for something else and she stated nothing is wrong with the truck it might be a sensor so he told me to let the guy in the back look at the truck i did and when i left there the truck shut off on me and i called there and told him the truck would crank he told me he was going to pick it up they have had the truck for a whole week now the wont give me the truck or my ,money back they said a wire was cut so they won't give me the truck back he said someone cut the wires i didn't know the truck had a tracking device on it and they are the only ones who knew that, the truck shut off,,, it didn't break down it shut off the guy that manager told me to let look at the truck must have cut the tracking device off on the truck i asked for the owner **** he wouldn't call **** or give me ****s numberBusiness Response

********************** did purchase a **** escape from ** and had some initial problems which we addressed. She picked up the vehicle after the repairs we're made and called a few days later and said the vehicle would not crank. We had it towed back to the lot and had to wait a few days because ************ was out sick. When he checked it there was evidence that someone had tampered
the GPS device which I informed **********************. She denied having anything to do with it which is what all ours customers say when the Gps units are tampered with. We would have no reason to tamper with our own tracking device and you can see that the wires to the Gps we're freshly cut.

I am rejecting this response because: this company has more thank just my truck there in regards to this same complaint about the tracking device, Im aware of others who has had this same issue with this company about tracking device issues, they are using this line on most of their customers about tracking device issues, they have more repo cars then cars for sale, the truck was shut off by this company while I was driving to pick up my kids up from school when they manually shut off the tracking so the truck would cut off it stopped on me in the middle of the street Im just asking for my money back my truck note wasnt even due I only had the truck for 3 days they have **** dollars belong to me and my kids Im a single mother my kids has been missing days out od school due to this on going issue if I get my money back I will drop this whole complaint

We do not have a starter interruption feature on our GPS units. The wires we're clearly cut along with some extra wires. We offered to switch her into another vehicle if she came up with another ****** and the offer still stands.Customer Answer

Complaint: ******** , the dealer has had the truck on their lot since I got like I stated I only had the truck for 3 days. I have no way to come up with another ****** dollars, so basically the company is not concerned about the struggles I have faced without transportation its all about bringing more money this is just not right, they should have put me in another vehicle anyway, again the vehicle turned off on me in the middle of the street I had to push it out of the street, at this point this isnt making any sense I have kids that has to go to school, I was scheduled to have surgery today and couldnt make it there, i didnt go to this lot just to give away money I went there to get something for me and my kids and mom to get around my mom shes 58 I take care of her she has doctors appointments I need my money back because i dont have any more money to pay the car lot at this time my car note was not due when the car shut off just give my money back please, and I will just leave all this alone when I get my money back I payed insurance on this vehicle that I dont have and will have to pay again when the payments comes up due

My apologies . I did respond to the complaint I assume something went wrong. The Gps device installed on *********************** vehicle was tampered with with wires being cut to allow the vehicle not to be tracked when there becomes a payment default. I am rejecting this response because:no wires were cut on this truck, Im a single mother with kids and I have been having to walk everywhere I have had to go with no ride because I was scammed out of my money like I stated before I dont have money to give away its almost Christmas and me and my kids are still walking and begging for rides, Ive prayed about these, individuals involved in this situation, I have proof that he has over 10 vehicles on his lot that he has told those customers the same thing that they cut wires so he could repo their vehicles, he took the truck back 3 days after I had it when I was on the way to pick up my kids from school, he shut off the system so the truck would cut off, why would I cut a wire I was driving alone to my kids school when this truck Shut off on me, I dont know how to tamper with a device Im not a mechanic, why would I do that I had no reason to I had just got this truck my note wasnt even due only had the truck 3 days this man is a scammer and wont let me speak to the owner and dont advise the owner of whats going on its not right to treat people this way l, God is not pleased with this, at all and I still havent got my money back thats all I have asked for was my money back not even the money I spent on the truck I want my down payment back, so I can get me and these kids a way around, again God isnt pleased with you, just give me my down payment back, you know I did nothing wrong to this truck and God does as well, Sincerely,

I brought a car last friday today is May the 12th and the car that I bought is a ***** equinox 2011. The motor oil is leaking in the motor it needs a cadillac converter and it is running real sluggish. I called the company that I got it from to let him know what was going on and he was like there's nothing that they can do about it. He said that there a $250 credit that will fix whatever and they'll pay it but it's just 250 everything that needs done on this car is over ***** so I'm trying to find a resolution to get the vehicle fix by the business or give ** our money back thank youBusiness Response

We give every customer a 3 day 200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission only. Each customer signs the warranty saying they understand.
We also give every customer ****** repair voucher to make repairs to their vehicle and if they bring in a valid receipt will credit their account up to that amount.

On April 30, 2022 I purchased a **** ********* expedition from this business for $2500. The car salesman (*********************************) told me the vehicle only need a transmission mount and tune up. I purchased the vehicle based off the salesman knowledge of the vehicle. As I drove the vehicle toward my home it started smoking. Eventually I pulled over, turned the vehicle off waited 5 minute turned it back on. The vehicle would not move forward and backward. To my discovery the transmission fluid had leaked out from a crack in the transmission. The vehicle had to be towed to my home the same day by my insurance company. I did speak with the manager and the salesman of the business which return negative comments to me. I informed them both that I would return the vehicle. On May 3, 2022 I had to pay $125.00 to have the vehicle towed back to the business. My bank was contacted to file a claim and retrieve funds. The business has refused to return funds. May 21,2022 I spoke with *********************** the manager regarding a refund for the entire balance. He refuses to refund. The vehicle continues to sit on the business lot for sale. I have a **** of sale for the vehicle and receipt. I do not have a title. There is no way I would have purchased the vehicle knowing that it needed a transmission. A transmission mount sounds nothing like a transmission. I only seek a refund of $2500.Customer Answer

**************** did purchase the vehicle in question and did so under as AS IS situation which states that the vehicle is sold as it is displayed on the lot. She signed an AS IS buyers guide at the time purchase stating she understood the vehicle was sold under such. The windshield also had SOLD AS IS written in 6 inch tall letters in 2 separate places very visible to anyone who looked at it. **************** also took a test drive prior to the purchase. I spoke with **************** in my office and offered her $700.00 back in order for her to get a transmission installed and I offered to let her use the $2500.00 she paid toward the purchase of another vehicle which she refused.Customer Answer

I suggested and explainedthat he put the *************************************************************************** because another vehicle would cost more. He could also resale the **** **** Expedition to another person and make more money. He told me no and I replied with I'll see you in court. Yes I did drive the vehicle around the parking lot as the business office held my license. I was told by ********************************* that I was not allowed to drive it on the streets. Again I purchased the vehicle with the knowledge that it only needed a transmission mount not a transmission. The vehicle continues to be displayed in their inventory for sale. The sale price has been verbally dropped to ****. I have a witness that will make a statement in which they inquired about the vehicle May 26, 2022 between the hours of 11am-1pm. This witness was told the vehicle needed a transmission and a driver side window. They could test drive it but the business would have to put transmission fluid in it. There is also a buyers guide displayed in the front winshield indicating the vehicle comes with a 250 warranty. Therefore how how it be so AS IS. I have attached picture for evidence displaying the business inventory and buyers guide on this vehicle. Again I have no title for this vehicle and I want a refund.

I purchased a vehicle and the end of march this year. Outside of the **** down payment I had 2 payments due in the month of April for sales tax a total of 600 split in half biweekly. At this point I made one payment of 300 and the second payment I made was only about half of the other 300 leaving a balance of 150 from April. On May 12th, 2022 around 3pm I look outside of my home and my car is being towed out of the driveway. When I go outside to inquire the two gentleman state they are from It's All Good and I had a past due payment making it eligible for repossession. I was allowed to get my purse out of the vehicle and in that event the driver took my key and gave me back the alarm and tag. His specific words were to call up to the shop where "****" is and they will handle it for me. When I called the dealership on 5/12 I spoke with the financial department and was told I need 550 in order to get back my truck and that I had 10 days to do so. On 5/19 I called that morning to make sure the price was still the same and they told me it went up to around 825 due to tow/repo fees and a new note that was due on 5/16. When I arrived that evening on 5/19 I told them I only had the 550 and they agreed to work with me on the payment. After making my payment the workers then asked me where my key was and I said the tow guy took it. They then proceeded to drive me around the lot searching for me vehicle just to tell me it wasn't there. Some of the employees stated that they never saw the vehicle come back to the lot. So after all of the confusion they tell me to file a police report to report it stolen. I feel like this could have been realized on 5/12 when I called about the repo it's like they don't keep track of who they have scheduled for repossession. And honestly a repo before a payment is even 30 days late is very sketchy to me. The officer that did my report agreed that it was a little weird how that went down. So now my car note is caught up, but where's my vehicle?Business Response

We found out what happened. The vehicle that ****************** purchased was traded in to City Auto Sales by a customer who had financed it through Pyramid Auto sales. We purchased it from City Auto but it took some time to get financing completed and the payment owed to Pyramid came past due so they sent it out for repossession. Long story short *****************************, the owner of It's all Good spent 4 hours today and got it straightened out and got the vehicle back for *****************
