    I put purchased an Audi suv from this place (on the *************** side) & had to get right back in the market for RELIABLE transportation because the engine went out!! They did an I owe you for the back of the ceiling to be fixed & they never fixed that! Stop selling these vehicles that yall know are bad mechanically but look good! Yall know whats wrong with these cars before you set a price yet & still price them like they are good money smh ****** learned!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to them

    ***************************** purchased this vehicle from ** on July 2, 2022. The vehicle had ****** miles when purchased. We offered an extended service contract to protect the vehicle. ***************************** choose not to purchase this option. This service contract would have paid all repair cost except for ****** deductible. ***************************** has driven this vehicle a distance of over ***** miles in the 8 months of ownership. The vehicle was brought to our service center on March 23, 2023 for a lack of power concern and check engine light being on, We found the vehicle had a timing chain guide that had broken causing the timing chain to come out of adjustment causing the lack of power and check engine light.

    This company is still in the business of selling bad cars. I purchased 3 cars from this company less than a year . An Infiniti SUV, Buick SUV and a Maserati. I paid cash for all three vehicles thinking this company would show some type of love. How about none shown. The Maserati has been in the shop since I purchased and put tags on it. The dashboard instantly lit up. They sent me to one of there HOme Boy shops to make more money.. so here I go spending another $2k to get the check engine light off ( for which is still on)_#The Buick Enclave was also in the shop for over 2 months. Someone should make sure this company isn't just selling LEMONS!

    This business sold me a car that needed over $4,000 in repairs. I did not find this out until driving the car off the lot and throughout the course of the day there were so many issues wrong with it. I took it back the next day but they told me they don't do buyers remorse. I explained that they mislead me on selling me the car because it was a lemon. They didn't wash, let me test drive it, clean it, or charge the car for me. They told me it was serviced and I had pictures to prove that it wasn't and they didn't let me get out of my contract. I even asked them to let me leave it there to fix the car but they said no. I still left the car there the very next day. I talked to the broker and he is not letting me out of my contact. Do not buy from them. They are not trustworthy and do not care about customer service. The broker even threatened me over the phone.

    Customer purchased vehicle and had a concern with the air conditioner a few days after purchase. We agreed to have this checked out. and repaired . We had vehicle taken to a shop that specializes in *** repairs. they concluded the air conditioner compressor was starting to fail. We informed customer and advised them of the findings and was willing to have vehicle repaired at no cost to them. Customer declined this offer and insisted we take car back and end contract. We also offered to compensate customer for two monthly payments for the inconvenience due to the fact that this was a used vehicle purchased AS-IS and the contract was final. The customer stated they did not want the vehicle any longer, for the most part because her apartments does not have the correct allocation to accommodate the plug used to recharge this electric vehicle. At this time customer inquired about trading vehicle in on another vehicle. We did try to accommodate them but the vehicle they found required a down payment to proceed. The purchase of the original was a zero down payment transaction and customer did not agree with down payment terms on the other vehicle. The broker made all attempts to satisfy this customer and did not have to offer any assistance due to the AS-IS agreement this was purchased under.

    back in 2021 i was cheated out ****. was promised a certain car. they lied told me the car been sold had to recieve another model but was older. promised repairs that never happened. week later the orignal car i wanted was back on the lot.. bascially got hustled in the front office

    I purchased a car from Mount Moriah Auto sales in July of 2022 . My Sales person held onto my car for 3weeks. They had to put my push start button into the ignition. They havent serviced there cars . When I asked my salesperson he said they service all there vehicles. My tires are rusted . I have only had this car for 7months . The brakes go all the way down to the ground . Up under the hood is completely rusted . When I go to put windshield fluid into my car . It comes out the bottom. I wasted whole bottle . They sold a car that had nothing done to it . I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Not only after providing my insurance information to them . My salesperson held onto my insurance for almost 3weeks. My husband went to go get me a drive out tag . They wouldnt give me one . Because he hadnt given them my insurance information. My Salesperson was very rude and nasty . This place will take your money and keep on stepping. They dont care nothing about you unless you have money and then when they have your money they talk to you any kind of way. This place needs to be shut down .

    I purchased a 2014 **** escape from this car lot in April of 2021. By January 2022 the car broke down. I got a 2 year warranty on the car and the service department keep lying about fixing the car. Every time I talked to them it was always "it's going to be two weeks before we get you running again." Then They said they were waiting on the warranty company to file a claim but it was all a lie. I called the warranty company and they said they were waiting on the car lot to give them a reason for the cause of failure to fix the car. They have been giving me the run around since January and it's now November. Every time i talk to ******* in the service department he always claims that he is working on the car but nothing has been done. It does not take 10 months to fix a car. So Basically I been paying for a car that I'm not even driving. This is by far the worst car lot I ever been to in *******. I wouldn't recommend no one to purchase a car from these people. You just wasting your money. I give this car lot a -10 out 5. Yeah it's just that bad

    I purchased a 2010 challenger from this car lot on 4-9-22. On 4-25-22 the battery light started coming on and going off, so I took the car back to the dealership. They tells me wasn't nothing wrong with the vehicle. On 5-1-22 the car completely stop running and I had no way of getting it back to the dealership because I live in MS...Like a hour away, so on 5-2-22 I made a called back to the dealership speaking with Mr. W*** letting him know somebody needed to come get the vehicle because I had no way of bringing it there due to it not running at all. I was told by him that somebody would be coming to get it within the next couple of days. Well by that second day I had not heard from no-one. I called him back and he told me that he would check with the service department and that someone would definitely be contacting me about coming to get it. Well today is now 5-6-22. I haven't heard from nobody, but I got the car to another dealership here in my town because I couldn't get it back there and paid for it out of my pocket to be fixed. Not to mention the car that I purchased was a graduation gift for my son, I've purchase another vehicle from them as well, my mom have purchased and my sisters have purchased from them as well. I'm saying this to say that its to much money being spent at this dealership from my people to be treated this way... I will never send no one else there to purchase a vehicle nor will I purchase one from them again. Bad business, poor customer service, and lack of care for customers....I will not recommend no one to purchase from this car lot..
