I placed an order for hair that I never received. I emailed the company several times stated that I never received my package from ***** All they did was emailing me telling me to contact ***** When I contacted ***** they were telling me to reach back to the company which I did. Basically the company told me it was not their problem. I still havent received that package.Business response

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we shipped the package out on September 21, 2023. According to ***** the package was delivered on September 23, 2023.
We will provide a proof of delivery in the the attachment above.

I purchased products from this company on Sunday, July 31st, 2022 for the amount of $105.73. Shipping was **** priority mail which is 1-3 business days. It is now Saturday, August 6th and in checking the status of my order, it still states awaiting fulfillment. I reached out and messaged them twice and absolutely no response. I understand that manufacturers can have delays in color and products but it is the business responsibility to inform their customers as well as answering customers messages/emails. They took my funds in a timely manner. I want a refund ASAP as I stated in my email to them. I have already ordered from another company 2 days ago and my products are already in transit with a tracking number. With reading others reviews of this company this morning, I'm afraid I've made a big error in doing business with Tophair wigs.Business response
