  Date of transaction: 01/30/23 Amount paid: $1421.00 The complete commitment of the business was not provided to me.The nature of this dispute is: To get a partial billing adjustment of work that was told to me would be done and only part of the work was done. The commitment to Mr. ******* was to have my attic sealed and sanitzed, my garage and gutters sealed to keep the rats out. All of the areas of the attic were not sealed, there is still an area right now that is open from the outside that that was supposed to be sealed, the commitment. The garage was supposed to have the areas where the rats got in there was sealed or closed up so the rate could not get in. Mr. ***** set traps the 01/30 day and I never saw him again. There were to other guys they came and removed the traps, sealed some of the attic, sprayed and sanitized the attic, closed some part of the attic where there was access for the rats. but the guy that came to spray, when I asked him about the garage, he informed me that he had to ask Mr. ***** if it was okay for him to do the work on the garage and the back gutter that links to another property that was on 02/13 or 14th. When no one got back to me the next day, I went and found another company to tell me how I could seal my ********* located access points, purchased supplies and sealed up the access points myself. I did not hear back from Mr. ***** until 02/17/2021 asking for the remainder of the payment and threatened to have me arrested on criminal charges. I told him to adjust the bill because he didn't finish the work, I still have opening on the side of my attic. I called the main office and left a verbal message with a young lady but still no one calls me back. I will pay what I owe but the commitment was not completely fulfilled. The business has made no contact with me as of 02/21/03. No one has called me back to resolve the issues.Account number : INVOICE ****

  We have personally talked to ************* and came to an understanding of the miscommunication regarding the service. The issue has been resolved.
