We bought a house from Nabors that was remodeled, he bought the home to flip it. To start the listing was a **** square foot house for ******* we offered ******* got the house. We lived in ******* so everything was done by ***************** when it was time for 1st inspection he was not ready and it had to be cancelled. He was behind schedule. Then the plot of survey was finally ordered and we found out the house was only **** square feet he lied on listing and he lied about roof being new well they only appraised house for ******* he wasn't going to come down to the appraisal price so we were going to walk but he lowered it to ******* and that's what we paid. When it was time for the ************************************* did not show up and we were in ******* so my inspector was given 5 min to check the water so he was able to make sure it worked and pressure he was not allowed to check the hot water. He recommended electricity be put in the main bathroom which was not done so I have no outlets in my master bath nor do I have electricity to my stove or *************** I was supposed to get a completed house and I didn't get one. I can't afford to fix stuff right now so we are living without a stove or washing machine. It makes me very depressed that I spent all this money and I need another 2-3000 dollars to get the house in useable condition. Plus he left an outlet open which is severely dangerous and a metal bar on the wall that is sharp. Tried discussing these issues with him but he said he did me a favor by dropping the price ******. I explained to him he didn't drop it for me it was because the house only appraised for ******* and we still paid ***** over appraisal thinking I would really get a nice home instead he just put it together because he wasn't making what he thought he was. I have begged and begged for him to help me and he will not. I am taking him to small claims court to try to get somethings fixed. If you could please help me and help someone else from going thr
