    If youre homeless this is a good place to live other than that they dont fix stuff like they are supposed to and cant ever catch anyone in the office

    I lived here for about 4 years I started in a one bedroom and moved to a 3 bedroom in December of 21 the day I moved in I noticed that there was 3 leaks in the roof they would come out and say they fixed it but when it rained it was still leaking they came out several times to fix the leaks and it still leaked. Then in February I had a tree come through my roof and it took them a couple of days to come fix it about a month later after telling the office that there was another big limb dangling over my roof they ignored it and once again it fell through my roof both times I had to stay in a hotel because they took there time to fix the holes. Fast forward to the end of November I was asleep in the bed and the trailer that was on the side of mine someone kicked in there door and shot 15 rounds well 4 of those bullets came through my trailer, one came in my sons room right above his bed luckily he was not home. I decided to move after all of that got approved fairly quickly and moved December 19th the office told me as long as I cleaned the house before I moved I would get my deposit back they told me to put my keys in the drop box along with my new address for them to mail the deposit back well hear it is 2 months later and ive never received it when I call them they don't answer my calls so I went up there and they said I have to email the cooperate office I have emailed the cooperate office 2 times now and I have never heard back from them
