The worst car dealership ever dealt with. They do not hold to their promises. They take advantage of their customers their very rude and they lie to you. They sold my 75 year old mother a piece ** ***** She's had it 3 months it's only run 4 weeks. It had 2 oil leaks when she got it. It was absolutely filthy when she left their in it. The dirt was 2 inches thick on inside. She sit for 6 and a half hours waiting for them to clean it never happened. She went there and bought the car so she would have a reliable way to get doctors. She had recently had a major stroke. It broke down on her 3 weeks into having it. She called them they kept telling her they were gonna come get it and fix it. Never came . Told her 3 times they would. Would not call her back. She called more than a dozen times. The car had sit on the back lot at another dealership down the road for who knows how long. She paid to have it fix with someone else because they would not call her back. Now 3 weeks later it's broke down again. She's paid to have it towed 2 times at ***** each time. Plus parts and labor. It's not broke down because of her negligence. They car had major problems already when she bought it. She's had no ride to get to doctors for 6 weeks all together because it keeps breaking down on her. These salesman and managers there should be ashamed. What if it was mother or grandmother. She only gets ssi. She can't afford any of this. It makes my stomach sick to think there are such cold inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful people like that. That place should be cl9sed down or the people replaced. I would advise people to go there. The worst car dealership ever dealt with. It will be my last ever stepping foot there again.

This dealership is awful and the management is disrespectful. I purchased a car and didn’t know or notice the back was coming up till that Saturday evening. I sent my salesman a picture on Monday and called the GM Mike about fixing it because I feel this should have been done before car went on lot to sale. When it rains water comes inside the car. Mike said they would fix window but they say it is top. Spencer said they Would let me know something on fixing it in 2 days which would have been Friday not heard from them and this is Tuesday. I asked about getting out of contact they have made me so upset by being so disrespectful. Spencer say he could look into buying the car back and I asked him how much would I get screwed on that. I truly feel they knew this car had a leak and they just didn’t fix it. I have been sold a defective car. I’m getting updates from carfax after I purchased it about repairs they done to car when they got it. I should have known of those things before buying it. I should be able to get out of contact be of the information that I was not of till after. This company and employees are lairs and will do people wrong

I would give this dealership zero stars if possible. Honestly, it was the worst car-buying experience of my life. I have bought many cars and highly encourage you to avoid doing business with them. I wish I had never done business with this dealership. My van was very scratched and needed repairs, which the dealership agreed to do. After 2 failed attempts to set me up a rental, the van was finally picked up, and the rental was arranged. However, the dealership did not fix the repairs needed before bringing it back, as 80% of the major scratches over the hood, tailgate, and door handles were still there and clear as day. They had this van supposedly repaired twice and it still looks terrible. I was lied to, and the deal was done with extremely poor customer service. We were a number in their end-of-month quotas to accomplish and nothing more. Here are the names of associates I dealt with. Mike Trymbar (GSM) & Spencer Price (Manager) are to be avoided. They will not serve you with respect or honesty. I did not do it originally post their names in my reviews to protect their reputation in case Morristown Chevrolet could make this right. Instead, they tried to pay me off to take my review down with an insulting offer, which I declined. I owe $212 for a tag renewal that they messed up and only offered me $80 to make peace with it. They thought that since I was refunded $135 from the original deal for the vehicle purchase that made up the difference. The $135 wasn't even communicated to me I received the check without knowledge of even getting those funds. And we certainly were not told that was to be a part of their resolution to the issue as we were to get that back anyway. I would encourage you to avoid this dealership at all costs.

Bought a 2023 Silverado from this Dealership. Having electrical issues with it. They, in not so many words from their manager pretty much told me that it was my problem not theirs even though I bought an extended warranty and the truck has less than 2500 miles on it. Think long and hard before buying anything from this dealership.
