    My Cuckoo Clock was received by the business Cuckoo Clock Doctor on Oct 6, 2023. The web site stated that repairs take about 6 months. Six months came and went. Then it was just delay, delay, delay. 16 MONTHS later. Yes that's 16 months, I finally get my clock back which now has a crack on the side of the clock that was not there before and also one of the three chains were missing. They told me the music box could not be repaired, which I understood. But the chain can still be on the clock with the weight even if it doesn't work. Now I have a weight with no chain, and the clock looks uneven without the third one. My father, who died when I was 4 years old gave that to my mother right before he died, this clock is very sentimental to me. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response. I just want the third chain that was with the clock that I sent to you. I will be taking this to small claims court, if there is no resolution.

    This family heirloom was mailed to the cuckoo clock doctor in ****** ********* on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. There was no confirmation of receipt given to me. I have called and sent emails and have not received a response. Satisfactory resolution for me would be to have the item returned to me whether it is repaired or not. If it is repaired, I will pay for those repairs.

    To whom it may concern: This clock was sent into my shop by a ******* ***** with his name and contact information enclosed.  It arrived on August 5th 2024 and was invoiced into the shop under that name and this is whom we notified of the clocks arrival and were in contact with or believed we were in contact with concerning it's restoration.  Apparently this is ****** father and there had been some misunderstanding with the communication between family members.  My business was hit with this right at Christmas and we had to figure who exactly we were dealing with and what the problem might be as we notify every customer once their ******************** arrives and try to respond to all their inquiries. Once we could establish the clock in question was under the name ******* and not **** we promptly responded to **** on December 27th 2024 and forwarded all the email correspondence between our shop and ******* dating back to the clocks arrival as well as a current update on it's progress and again contact with **** was made on January 2nd in an additional response to the December 27th contact. Clarification was given to us on correct contact information for ******* and our file was updated with this information as well as ****** information so there should be no issue in the future when we move to contact the customer once the restoration is complete and we now consider this matter closed. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept their proposed resolution.  They were prompt in responding to me via email.  Apparently, there was a typo in ******* ***** email address, So we did not receive notification of the clocks arrival.  I believe the error has been corrected.

    This business is a scam. They get you to ship your clock to them, which is worth thousands of dollars. Then they keep it for months with no contact from them. Then if you are lucky enough to get your clock back, you still have to pay hundreds of dollars to them for shipping, AND THEY DONT FIX THE CLOCK. This man should be prosecuted for scamming people out of money.

    Mr. ******** is a certified Germany ************ Cuckoo Clock repairman. He is listed on multiple official Cuckoo Clock sites as a repairman.I contacted Mr. ******** in Aug 2023, that the chain connecting to the animation gear on my ***** ********* ******* ************ Cuckoo Clock had come off the gears. Mr. ******** told me to send the clock to him for repair. The shipping cost was $136.72. The clock arrived to his business on 22 Aug 23. I received an e-mail stating that the clock had arrived. On 21 Aug 24, I received an e-mail stating that my clock was repaired and Mr. ******** sent me an invoice for $336, which included repair, parts, insurance, and shipping. I sent a money order & certified signature comes out to a complete total of $509.62 from shipping for repair to return. When my clock arrived it was noted that the clocks repairs were not repair correctly. The animation does not work at all unless you place a 750 gram weight in the chain, which is double of the original 320 gram weights. There is multiple damage to the exterior of the clock where he superglued displace pieces back on and there are missing display pieces too, and the function of the clock is not proper either. Mr. ******** will not return my e-mails nor my phone calls. I want a complete refund of my entire money of $509.62. I have documentation, receipts, pictures of the clock before being shipped and pictures of the clock upon return. Will gladly post all documents upon request.

    The company sent an email stating that my clock was ready to be mailed on June 20, 2024. I contacted them via email on June 25, 2024 stating I would mail them a check. I mailed the check on June 21, 2024.The check has not been cashed and they have stopped answering my emails and will not return my phone calls. On 7 22 24 I called every hour on the hour and left a message each time. No call returned. This clocl belongs to my 89 year old dad. His now deceased brother gave him the clock over 50+ year ago.******************************* ************

    Hi, I sent in my non-working cuckoo clock to *************************, Cuckoo Clock Doctor, in November 2021, and received a reply email upon its receipt that he received it and would let me know when the work was done. I have not had any of my calls or emails acknowledged since then, almost 9 months! Based on other complaints, at this point, I either need my clock back not working (looking like it did when I sent it in) or functional. The lack of correspondence is unacceptable. His voice mail is still accepting calls. At this point, I don't even know if he is still alive. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. R/ *****
