      I went to this business 0n 8/18/24 paid ***** to get my truck washed the guy ask if i wanted to join and I said no I proceeded to get truck washed and left then I find out they have charged my card ***** on 9/18/24 and ***** on 10/18/24 I am asking for a full refund this was an unauthorized transaction and should be punishable

      Purchased monthly program prior to washing car for first time. Multiple pieces of equipment were out of order or not working. Attempted to cancel membership in Jan 2024 days after joining. Have called, left messages for 8 months. Sent emails. They continue to charge me every month.

      In April, I purchased a wash deal at wash n roll for a month for $40. I verbally confirmed with the sales attendant that it would only be the one month committment knowing that I would be out of state for all of June and July. I have had several life events and missed the charges on my credit card for three (3) months of $48.95 each. I just noticed the charges and they stated I had not cancelled my account. I did not even know I had an account and have not gone for one car wash past the free month that ended in May. **************** stated the fine print in the form I signed for the free month stated it was a monthly commitment. Although I know I should have read the fine print, Im extremely upset because it was falsely advertised as just a one month commitment. In addition, I know I specifically asked the young attendant about the free month because I knew I would be out of state for all of June and July starting at the end of May. I was looking for a refund to my account, especially because the service was not used and was not provided this. Im looking to have this remedied.

      April 10th paid for a car wash and after that my credit card was automatically charged for the next 5 months without my permission.

      ON 7/14/2023 I WENT TO HAVE MY *** WASHED AT WASH AND ROLL IN ************, ** I DROVE HOME AND PARKED IT INTO THE GARAGE. THE NEXT DAY I GOT INTO THE *** AND THE **** BOARD LIT UP FOR THE LEFT FENDER OF THE ***, I LOOKED AT THE *** FENDER AND THE SENCOR WAS OUT, I TOOK IT TO ******************* AND THE COST WAS $519.85 TO REPAIR MY ****** RAV. I DROVE HOME AND STOPPED AT THE WASH N ROLL *** WASH AND THEY WROTE UP A INCIDENT REPORT ON 7/15/2023. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A HOLD OF THEM, AND WROTE A LETTER TO ***************************, THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME AS OF 8/22/2023.

      On May 3, 2023 I purchased a one month pass at Wash n Roll Car Wash in *********. The young man said for one month for $25 I would have unlimited car washes. Nothing was mentioned to me that I would be auto debited over $48 every month there after. I spoke with a ******** , title and last day not divulged to me via phone call on June 2 ***** . She said I was told it was a Promo and that I was made aware that I would be charged monthly there after. At this time I cancelled even though I was unaware that I had initially signed up. The **************** was **** ,she did not seem to care that I was upset and felt that I was being taken advantage of. When asked for corporate number she said she was the only one I could contact.I asked for the $48 to be returned and she said that could not happen. I see this is an ongoing issue with this Car Wash as others have also filed a complaint.
