              Good Morning, We take our dog ******* to the Dog Spot regularly. She got attacked, unprovoked, on 1/25/22. Her ear got torn. We talked to The employees and they said if we took her to the vet, they would reimburse us either by calling the vet and paying themselves or the owner could cut us a check. On 1/26/22, her ear was still bleeding so we took her to the Vet and the bill was $106. Ever since then, we've been trying to get the owner to cut a check. We dropped the invoice off at the store and they called and said an employee lost it, so we emailed. On 3/2/22, they called us and asked for our address to mail us a check. We emailed them on 3/14/22 to follow up because we never received reimbursement from them and they haven't returned our messages. All we want is our $106 back. I'm attaching the invoice and can provide voicemails and emails if needed. Thank you!

              Hey all! Just wanted to leave this on here since I know many of us have dogs who we take to get groomed here in town. Today I had a bath scheduled for my dog, Avery. I never got a call that her bath was complete and she was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick her up, they brought out someone else's dog. They proceeded to tell me that was my dog. The dog they brought to me was a male dog and Avery is female. After scurrying the dog off along with all of the staff, the front desk girl proceeded to call the owner where she told him "...this lady is acting hysterical". They did finally track down the customer who had my dog and the customer brought my dog back and got her dog (how she couldn't tell she had the wrong dog is beyond me). I know this is a busy time of year, but that is a pretty big mistake. I'm happy it ended up well, but I don't think something like this should be taken lightly!
