      Wow I see wasn’t the only one that was promised different things about billing.I signed up for a monthly payment plan.Halfway through the treatments they ask for 2350$ cash to continue? Huh ? Thought I was on a plan.Tried to clear up the issue and resolve the issue.I finally paid cash up front.After the nasty treatment by his front office staff I didn’t want to continue there.U don’t treat people or patients like that. Still waiting for my refund.There’s another Spinal Decompression place I would recommend before here.

      I signed up for the treatment and paid over $4300 out of pocket because Dr. M******* said insurance would not cover the spinal decompression machine. After several treatments, I was feeling better, but I noticed they filed with my insurance as well. When I questioned them about the insurance, I was told, not to worry I do not have to pay anymore money. I contacted my insurance **** and they requested a predetermined form be completed to determine if the treatment would be covered. After months of waiting for the office to submit the requested information, it was determined the machine was covered. I received a copy of the letter sent to The Wellness Institute indicating the machine is covered and the next day, I received a call from The Wellness Institute and was told not to come back of the premises. I asked why and they said Dr. M******* is referring me to another doctor. To this day, I have not been able to talk to Dr. M******* to inquire why I was released as a patient. AS A WARNING.. Do not sign or pay for any treatments until your insurance company has been notified and provided a determination of coverage.

      Was very hestitant and afraid of how my back would feel. 25 visits later i am soo glad that i went ahead, bit my lip and went thru the spinal decompression. i can move freely like i did in my 20's. i LOVE THESE GUYS!

      I should have walked out when they told me that my insurance would not cover most of the expenses and I signed papers for a loan for $4500 to cover the procedures they promised. I was impressed by all the technology they had which included Spinal Decompression Electric Stimulation Low-Level Laser and some other Laser things that I have no idea what they were supposed to do. As far as the doctors they do absolutely nothing when it comes to adjusting you all they do is place this vibrating massager up and down your back for about 30 seconds and then move you along there is absolutely no chiropractic work being performed. After 25 visits I am no better from the day I started and I am also $4500 in debt to some finance company called ********* somehow I was made a member of this credit union ******** that I did not ask for nor can I cancel until the loan is paid off according to the credit union when I called to complain. Now I am going to seek out a real chiropractor that is actually covered by my health insurance company and spend more time off from work to go to the appointments. I should have walked out the second they told me it wasn't covered by insurance although they told me they accept all insurance when I called for the original appointment. I hope this helps others not to make the same stupid mistake I did.

      Spinal Decompression treatment is wonderful, atmosphere is friendly, very spacious building. Recommend the cold laser and cryo-treatments as well. Dr. M******* thinks outside the box, for instance i was on a walker dragging my feet and after a few treatments, i went to using a cane, and now I am walking without any aides.

      From the time I started with Dr. M******* by Progress has only got better. By better I mean I had no feeling from the waist down, After my first session all the feeling was back in my legs, and since the sessions I am healing even better. I am now walking 16-20 feet, without the sessions I would still be confined to a wheelchair.

      They hid price per-session to try gave discount price for several treatment plans, they didn't put price on front desk area to let patient know before start treatment. They didn't let patient know all price of treatments, Dr M*** covered his hand when tried calculated his discount price to patient, not showing them to patient to comparable between discount price or per session price, Dr M*** didn't happy when patient tried cancel treatments, he walked away and let his associates to continue handle treatment to patient, I tried cancelled treatment on second time came in, they didn't process it cause associate who took care it didn't there and we called next day in the morning , she said she will call back, we waited till 2 hrs before they closed, we called back and front desk transferred to her and they still didn't process to see if can transfer to other family member can use it, that I tried gave to my other family member to use it, finally after we got news , they were alittle busy to process 2 other cancellations, that we decided to cancelled total all treatments incl for family member, they told us to process in next couple days to call us back. Since I am not comfortable to go there anymore and I don't feel better on last treatment that cause me felt had weak spine of effect of treatment ( felt broken or hurt on my bones, can't bend ), I must drink my pain meds that my primary doc prescribed me again.

      I had left review previously after I felt disappointed of their service, I canceled my treatment , I understood I must pay what I had treated there but when I complained , or disputed ( the day I cancelled my treatment ) they told me, I didn’t tell truth ( lied ) by said had cameras , they decided by their policies without asking for customer approval or ability to pay what they charged, they will send my bill to Debt collector cause I only can pay $ 10 each mth and they didn’t want accept it by said ********** charged $ 87 per mth, and they requested $ 100 per mth for it. Never go there again and never recommend to anybody. I just want everybody know before you go this place , ask price in the front and check on front desk of price list displayed on it like other company who gave treatments, not hid till got approved from financial company then made us sign paperwork without showing it and explained all frees by detail. I will always put bad rating on it till I feel good treat by them be former patient, cause they tried force me to change my review on BBB after gave me discount on treatment fees or other alternatives. I had told them , I only person who primary financial of my household, Hopitals, other clinics or companies that can understand and help customers/ patient who has hardship life and financial to pay their bill, they can’t make deal with customers of it or understand of customers situation.

      All of them are amazing, the staff is so kind, compassionate. I feel right at home here. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, upbeat, positive, makes a great work space together.
