    On July 20, 2022 submitted a rental application to rent apartment located at Haynes Manor Apartment,************************************************ I was denied rental because of credit score. My credit score above 680. The Haynes Manor does not provide a standard or parameters for acceptable credit score. The rental application denial decision subjective with out any factual information to support. There were some unfavorable things on the history that caused him to be denied. If he has any further questions, he should reach out to ******* for more information. Haynes Manor continues to demonstrate pernicious behavior toward a government official. Haynes Manor application requirement says, ....******* credit check on all application." Haynes Manor did not include credit history as deterrent to deny rental application. Moreover, the ********* ******** **************** Protection Agency notified as well as *** of credit discrimination. A Reasonable person can not change the credit score based on credit history. Additionally, RULES OF THE ********* REAL ESTATE COMMISSION CHAPTER XXXX-XX RULES OF CONDUCT The Real Estate Broker has not answered the complaint as required under the law. See, XXXX-XX-.01 SUPERVISION OF AFFILIATE BROKERS. (1) No licensee shall engage in any real estate activity in any office unless there is a principal broker who devotes his full time to the management of such office.
