    They are a scam. I went to get my phone screen replaced. Within a week the phone screen was going black and I'm not able to use my phone. It happened for weeks. I went back and paid for another replacement. Within days the screen started going black again and I'm not able to use my phone. It last from seconds to 10 minutes where my screen is black and I can't turn it off or do anything.very scary if it was an emergency and I'm not able to call 911 because my screen stops working from getting it replaced. I went back today to ask why this keeps happening and she said because there was a scratch on the screen it has LED damage and I would have to pay another $65 because it's not under warranty. I told her I understand and that I would pay but I was curious why it kept happening. She got very rude with me and was cutting me off while I was talking and telling me she didn't know why it was happening and that I didn't have to get my phone fixed there. I told her I would pay but what if I pay again for another screen and it happens a 3rd time what am I supposed to do and she was telling me to go somewhere else. I told her I've paid almost $200 to fix my screen here and I didn't have this problem before.She said she doesn't care and doesn't care if I leave a******* review and was extremely rude. I called back to let her know how unprofessional she was and she hung up on me. Other******* reviews say the same thing about the screen being broken after getting it replaced and the lady is just rude to everybody that complains
