Mr.Smotherman was hired to come and spread gravel and crushed rock on the inside and outside of my barn 1. on the left side of my barn water would come in the bottom of it. He was to build up the ground and make it slant to let the Easter run for away from my barn. but left it a foot space away from the barn were now water comes off. My roof goes directly into that crevice and now it pools there. 2. when leveling the gravel, he put it to thick, and now I am unable to open and close my gate to get into the field because he covered up the bottom hook of the gate. 3. on the **************** he pushed back the mud to put gravel down and left a 2 ft tall mud pile where the gravel ended. He said he would spread it out and didn't. Also I am unable to close the back doors to my barn because he put too much gravel and I have to dig a trench just to be able to close the doors. Initially he said it would take 1/2 a day and be $*****. On the 2nd day of him being here I had to leave town due to my father dying and being placed on hospice in **. So I left without him being done. He then sent me a bill for $4800 not *****. I see that due to taking 2 days. I did pay him. When I returned home and saw the job he did, I called him, he came out and I discussed the things that weren't done right he agreed to do it the following week...that we came and went then I called him again and he said that he was just busy but he would do it next week and that week has come and Gone . I want him to keep his word and come and fix the 3 things he did wrong. I will enclose pictures
