Was treated like a complete terrorist there They literally sold the weapon. I had transferred there without my permission knowledge and then told me oh well Absolutely poor management very disorganized. The gentleman that helped me treated me like it was my fault that they couldn't find it and then I literally had to tell him the third time that it should be in the computer under my name under the serial number and it took them another 40 minutes to find out they sold it. Who knows why I got no money from them. I got nothing except oh well

Mr. ********* came in on came in on 9-7-2023. He could not provide any information about a firearm he claimed to have transferred to us almost 2 years ago other than it was a Taurus. He had no receipt, didn’t know what model Taurus he claimed to have bought, and couldn’t even provide from whom he purchased it from, or the serial number. Yes, it took a minute to find the gun in question from sometime about 2 years ago with no model or serial number or any paperwork from him whatsoever. However, after about 10 minutes, we were able to piece together that the gun in question came in on 1-12-2022, a full 21 months ago. We attempted to have him come get the gun by calling multiple times over the first 8 months in our possession. When he finally came in on 9-24-2022 after 8 months of repeatedly contacting him, he failed his background check. Yes, after finally getting him in after 8 months, he was denied by TICS from purchasing a firearm. We never heard anything back from you after another year, and with the fact the firearm had been here for almost 2 years, we considered it abandoned and put it out for sale. We are not a firearms storage facility, we sell them. Should anyone abandon a firearm at any FFL for more than 12 months, it’s sold, this is not unique to our store. While I don’t know what your issue is in Pennsylvania, felonies are not the only reason the government denies firearms purchases. If anyone has a domestic violence conviction, or has been committed to a mental institution, that will also prevent a firearms purchase. As for having your friend do the background check for a firearm you purchased reeks of a “Straw Purchase”. We do not transfer firearms to anyone other than the purchaser of the firearm. In conclusion, we stored the firearm for a customer who was denied for 20 months and didn’t charge you a dime in storage fees. Attempted numerous times to get you to come and get it, but because the government continued to deny your background check preventing you from being transferred a firearm, you thank us by leaving a 1-star review.
