    I purchased a vehicle from Kia of Murfreesboro in October. I was promised before I picked up the vehicle that a deep scratch on the front fender would be fixed, it was not. I was told to get quote from a place that the dealership provided down in Clarksville. I received the quote and I was told that they could complete it for MUCH cheaper. I have set several dates with the salesman and they keep cancelling or telling me that they cannot get ahold of their paint guy. It is a 3 hour drive from Clarksville to Murfreesboro and I have given them many dates that work for me. I would either like them to set a date and keep it or let me use the place they provided for the quote. I have text messages and paperwork stating that they are responsible for the scratch.

    Took my Soul in 7/25/24. They told me it would be a week out before diagnostics could be done. I explained to them. That's the ONLY car we have & my husband goes out town 3-5 days a week & I have nothing to drive to get back & forth to work. I was told they ouldn't get me into a rental fir at least 7 days. I proceeded to tell them they have a. TON of vehicles on their lot they could provide one of those. Their response was "we won't do that. I have zero friend & very little family, none live close. It has less than 80. 000 miles & the engine went out. There have been FOUR RECALLS sine we bought brand new. I received a letter in the mail that their could be a recall due to engine malfunctioning, which my care engine did fail. Once they sell you the *** vehicle they don't want honor their warranty & rental. Every kia I've taken this car too. It's the ** runaround. I need a vehicle to get to & from work & better treatment to their customers
