    I signed up for the shoot4it program through ***** on 1/20/23. The first payment didnt come out until February 13th 2023. The program states that I have to do 12 qualified showings with a rainbow team member, in six months. 3 bookings the night of my showing, and then 6 showings within ************************************************** the first 15 days. I did everything I was supposed to do. After I finished the program they sent me a form to fill out and send in to them on my email. They said that it takes 8-10 weeks for them to pay off my loan with the finance company and then after they pay off my loan that they would send me a check in the mail for everything I had paid over ******. That was part of the program, if you finished it then you would only have to pay ****** in taxes and everything you paid over would come back to you in a check in the mail. I finished on August 28 2023 and sent in my form. I had been in contact with them through email, and they said they sent my payment on Dec 2nd but the finance company has yet to receive anything. I have tried calling them, emailing them. I have tried everything and they arent holding up there end of the program. My refund check is well over is close to 1500-1600 dollars. My balance on my loan is around 3600. Please help me.

    Have you heard from the company?   Yes. Well I never heard from the actual company that I signed paperwork with but from above them. It took a lot of time but I got them to pay off my loan like agreed and they sent me a check for the money they owed me but it wasnt the correct amount. They are supposed to be fixing that. The company closed down and thats why no one can be reached. 

    Are you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter?   Yes, now. It took long enough but I am satisfied.
