Date 4/5/2024 I came across International Cars company and seen I vehicle I was interested. An appointment time was set for 3pm for me to come in and test drive and look at the vehicle I was interested in. Which was a 2015 infinity Q50 the asking price was $10,285. He said he couldnt get me in that car but he could get me in an older car. He put me in a 2006 ***** accord (which only had 1 working window, no air conditioning, paint faded and chipped, front bumper had a gap ) we agreed for $1,000 down he started factoring in things into my car payments and never mentioned the down payment again. The 2006 ***** Accord came out to be $11,000. There was cheaper cars around $6,000 - $8,000 but he insisted on getting me in this older junk car. He called Monday 4/8/2024 saying that I didnt pay him his down payment. Before I could set up a time for me to come in and pay the $1,000 he insisted that I send him photos of my credit cards. He harassed me calling and texting being rude. I informed him I will bring the car back Tuesday 4/9/2024. He texted me Tuesday around 11:00 Am stating he had paperwork for me to sign stating he will release me from the contract. Once I arrived that evening at 3:30Pm I asked for the paperwork he wouldnt give me the paperwork and came out to view the car. He accused me of damaging the front bumper and still refused to give me my release paperwork. He said hes charging me for the bumper and I will hear from his lawyer. He still refused to give me any paperwork stating hes canceling the contract.
