    Hi. On 2/5/24 I placed online order #***** for Vitamins from "1Body", a company run by "Conquest Media" (no address listed anywhere on their website or ******** page). As I pressed "Place Order" other offers came up, with different pricing. I went back to the website. Again, different pricing. I went to call and cancel order. No phone # found on website. No address found. I immediately emailed ************** cancelling the Order. 10 minutes later, a second "Order Confirmation" email arrived. This time a phone # was listed. I immediately called, spoke with a representative and cancelled my Order.In addition I found an inquiry form on the 1Body site and filled that out, cancelling my order.This is now 24 hours later. There has been no response from any of my cancellation communications only a "Your Order has been shipped" email.I went directly back to their website. The "Shipping and Returns" sections states that returns are accepted up to 365 days. I was directed to a form to receive return instructions for returns.It does not function. These are scam sales practices. "Conquest Media, LLC", listed on my Paypal receipt, is the company involved.

CEO ************************** *************************************************************************. They are a **************************** ******* out of ******. Their ****** Business ID is: *************. Their Entity Number is: E0005302009-4. So far I cannot find a telephone number.

    Additional information. I apologize for these ongoing additions. This guy hides info about himself and his business. I tracked *************************, CEO/Manager of Conquest Media, LLC to: **************************************************************. Phone # **************. I really hope you can find this scammer. Who knows how many people he has ripped off.

    Hi. I resolved my issue with 1Body (Health Products) which, I believe, Conquest Media Group may be involved with. The actual company is named "Conquest Media, LLC".  Thank you for your assistance.

    I submitted a supplemental response to your office regarding my complaint ID#******** against Conquest Media Group.

    I stated that the complaint had been resolved. 

    I was under this impression since I had received an email from "Ces" at "1Body", the ****************** owned by Conquest Media, LLC, which included a Return Label for the products I purchased along with a statement that a refund would be issued upon receipt of the return.

    On Wednesday, 2/21, I received an email from PayPal that a full refund from Conquest Media, LLC. was "pending".

    I do not recall this occurring with any of the numerous refunds I have received, over the past 25 years from multiple online sellers.

    I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and awaited a PayPal notice that the money had been deposited.

    It is now Monday, end of day, 2/26.

    The refund remains "pending".

    1Body received my payment for their goods instantly.

    There is no reason, in a world of digitalized purchasing, that this should be occurring.

    This company, Conquest Media, LLC, is, I believe, once again, up to their shenanigans.

    Please reopen my complaint.
