    I lived at this location in multiple apartment buildings….. my last 2 years was a complete nightmare they never fixed and of the damage I asked them to fix or do any maintenance so when we moved out they are suing me for damaged cause by there contractors they hired and when I let them know they said it was the contractors problem not the apartments so I had water stains and mold growing cracked windows damaged drywall I lived like this for 2 years they never did anything and I have all the photos and emails this is a corrupt place do not move here please they will take advantage of you just a warning

After a review of your move out statement it appears that you were only charged for final utilities, some minor drywall repairs (which weren't a result of negligence by the contractors) and damage to your carpet.     Your apartments didn’t not do a final walk through or a phone call to me to let me know the potentially found issues y’all sent me straight to collections that’s definitely unethical and by not fixing my leaks or repairs for over 2 years of me asking .. im sure there’s a breach of contract if I look hard enough …

    I currently reside at the Stewarts Ferry Townhomes and I put in four work orders and only one work order has been completed. I am still waiting for my work orders to be completed. I have work orders dated from 11/3/23, 11/8/23, and 1/6/24. I finally said something to the leasing office on 02/01/24 and nothing happened. I sent an email to one of the leasing agents on 02/16/24 reporting my disappointment, unprofessionalism, and being ignored and dismissed, and the email was forwarded to the maintenance supervisor. I went back to the maintenance request website and someone falsified documentation stating that the work orders had been completed, and the dates were backdated. Out of my four work orders, only one work order has been completed. I have been waiting since 11/3/23 with no communication from a maintenance supervisor/maintenance employee. I have reached out to two leasing agents and the property management, and I still do not have an ETA on when and if my maintenance request will be completed.
