the property manager (Tiniki )promised to offer us a free carpet cleaning when we vacate the apartment. However, after we moved out, she did not clean the carpet as she promised, instead, she replaced the carpet and sent us a bill. FYI, our carpet was not damaged, but only shows signs of normal tear and wear. We asked her to show us the proof of the carpet cleaning and told her if the professionals confirmed the dirt could not be cleaned, we would like to pay the expenses. She did not reply our emails ever since then, so we complained to MAA and got her feedback. Finally, she admitted she did not clean the carpet but still insisted that the carpet could not be cleaned.
My husband and I had been living at**************** for 4 years, it was all good until they changed their manager. It took them 3 months to replace my dead washer because they forgot it completely. Maintenance worker had come to my apartment 3 times to fix the leaking water from my bathroom ceiling.
