      I have contacted PCS numerous times to inquire about me not receiving my Practical Exam Date yet. My fellow classmates and myself submitted our applications at the same time and yet they received their Practical Exam Date last week for early June. I have yet to receive anything. I contacted PCS to inquire about this and they said maybe late June early July. How is this possible? I will be on vacation during that timeframe and I have diligently advised PCS of this. Why am I the only one that didn't receive their exam date? They are not willing to help or do anything but yet will rob me from an additional fee to reschedule purposely. I need this issue escalated.

      I submitted an application to obtain my nursing license on the state of ************* in May 2023. As is part of the process, I was required to request that my former university fill out form verifying my nursing education, an arbitrary and redundant requirement frankly given that I also had to have my school transcript sent, nonetheless I requested this be sent to them as well. A few months passed and per PCS's portal the form still had not arrived so I contacted my school again and requested this be resent. A month or so later it was noted in the portal that PCS had received this form but that it was sent to them "blank, incomplete". How this is possible is beyond comprehension since I physically stood and watched them fill the form out, apply the seal, and seal it in the envelope to mail off to PCS. Regardless, I contacted the school again and requested a THIRD time to have this form resent, yet the status in the portal remains unchanged despite knowing with certainty the school has sent this. I have made multiple attempts to reach customer service by email and phone and have yet to receive a single reply. In discussions with my fellow colleagues also trying to get licensed in *************, all but one of them has run into this same exact issue or one similar. My application expires in a little over a month which means I will be out the application fee if this isn't resolved and I am honestly not hopeful given the sheer number of complaints on here for this very issue.

      Professional credentialing services is responsible for obtaining and renewing professional licenses in *************. I am an advanced practice nurse and applied for my RN license in September. A series of documents is necessary to support your application for licensure. Shortly after applying in September, I requested all of the documents. Two of the required documents are still "pending" receipt despite both documents having been send twice. I have contacted the agency and been simply told that they don't have the information. Loss of documentation is a common complaint with this business and is voiced frequently in their reviews online. I have confirmation that these documents have been sent and am now concerned at the clear lack of security this business has with the handling of people's personal information. I have requested my transcripts electronically, TWICE, and have paid $30. PCS has told me now that they don't have them. My only option is requesting them yet again through the same exact process in hopes that PCS will acknowledge having received it. The other "missing" form has been completed by my school TWICE and again mailed twice, just for PCS to tell me they don't have it and I should just try again. I have faxed the business with my confirmation that the documents were sent and have also called the business twice. I was told again on the phone that they will "do a search for the documents" and will email me if they find them. When I asked what would happen if they don't, I was told I would just have to send them again! I will be moving to ************* and cannot work without this license. This process was started on September 10th and is still pending! This company's handling of my personal information is unacceptable.

      This company operates in various states employing people from afar, that being said the proctors they hire are incompetent, rude, judgmental and and Do not follow the rules and regulations of their own board and company. They are STEALING Individuals money by causing retest purposely. The protector are nor trained talk through the practicals,laugh and even sleep! I have contacted pcshq on MULTIPLE Occasions even speaking with someone who claimed to escalate the matter never hearing back . I am going to file a lawsuit against this company!

      Our staff seeks to provide the very best in test administration and service. We took the complaints about the practical examination and the applicant's experience seriously and have addressed them.   We appreciate her sharing the experience so we could investigate and resolve.

      PCSHQ is processing Nursing licensure for the **********************. They have received three identical items required to issue permanent licensure. Two were sent via **** on 6/13/23 and 8/16/23. The last was sent via ***** and confirmed signed by MHolt and received at *********************************************************. As of today, customer service reports no account of this document, and that it will like be an additional 7 to 10 days to locate and review. My Conditional License issued by ****************** and the ********************** in May of 2023 expired on 8/20/23. I have been unable to work since then nor honor ************ and my income is dependent on this permanent RN license.

      Hello, I am an LVN, currently licensed in *****. I am writing this complaint today because I have been having a lack of communication with the PCS. On April 26, I informed PCS in order to endorse my nursing degree from the ************** to the **********************, and all of the documents were sent to you twice on May 31st, 2023, and once again on June 27th, 2023, through ***** higher education coordinating board. On October 8th, 2021, the college where I received my degree was permanently closed, but another organization in the name of ****** have sent you the transcript and the letter indicating that the college is closed twice. You have received the transcript and it has been completed in my PCS application, and PCS have requested a COG from my college. Considering that the college is permanently closed. I unfortunately do not have the **** but the letter indicating that the college is closed has been sent to you twice by the ****** but PCS have said that they have not received it. I have to move to ******** ************* promptly for a family situation; I have found a new job in *************, in nursing, have rented an apartment, but because my degree has not been approved, I am unable to start my life, it is like my entire life has been put on hold due to this frustrating situation. I am pregnant, have three other children and am the only one supporting my family. My living expenses depend on the approval of the endorsement for my degree. I have called and followed up numerous times with PCS, however, I still receive the same frustrating answers saying that the endorsement of my degree is not complete because of paperwork that has not been received even though, as previously mentioned, was sent twice. I am writing this in hopes of any assistance on this matter, it is extremely dire that confirmation for the endorsement of my degree is granted. Please help. Thank you.

      i am an RN currently licensed in **********. My license is valid, unencumbered and from a valid school(******** city college, ca.) the ************* *** has abrogated its responsibility to award reciprocity licenses to the ***redibly inept and disgraceful professional credential services, *** in *********, with whom I have been having the most unfortunate, ongoing and (lack of) communications s***e January 2023, which is when I started this process. pcs denies that and claim their records show ***** as my initial application. That is not true. I sent all the required informationtwice along with the required fees, and indeed so has the school (sjcc), There was no communication from that place for weeks, and then the sent a tacked on ***redibly insulting form necessitating my school to justify itself as a legitimate college ((and, in fact sjcc has done that, and mailed as directed by pcs) presumably because the college i graduated from no longer offers a nursing program, that process has also taken weeks. Now pcs claims their mail room has not received those forms, and are saying the *** is requesting yet more forms the school must follow up on. ******** city college sent me notification that they sent the required forms two weeks ago. I have a conditional license (that will run out in a few weeks) and a job that is dependent on a **************** license which I am probably going to lose because of these disgusting, game playing people. I have not been able to ***lude all the time and tracking I have had to do in an effort to comply with this ***reasingly unreasonable process, there just isnt room, but i see those other complaints, and do join my professional colleagues in a bitter bitter complaint about this organization. There is absolutely no valid reason for my not yet having a ************* license.

      i do want you to continue pursuing this complain with this organization. both they and the ************* brn have continued to be non-responsive in any meaningful way. they continue to request information that has been addressed by school representatives and myself. this entire process has become an extraordinarily circular and frustrating non process/*******

      We regret your frustration. Our records show we received your application with payment on April 5, 2023. We are happy to help you review your account and download a copy of the paid receipt available on your dashboard.   In May and June we called and sent email communications relaying the required documentation required to complete the license process.  We are unable to complete the application process until we receive all licensure requirements as outlined on our website.

      this is the only place i have to respond to your request for more information. as far as i'm concerned this problem is not resolved. pcs continues to say the have not received information that has been sent. it is extraordinarily apparent their mail house/process is worthless, and for months have done nothing to reconcile my continuing complaint. in addition, they untruthfully claim i did not begin my application process until april, that is not true. in january/february i sent pcs a paper application for my license by reciprocity. that form was on their web site for applications, stamped and sanctioned by the ************* brn. i sent it in with a cashier's check, weeks after the fact, i got  the check back from ***********************, with his signature. a "consultant" i was finally able to contact told me my application had been sent back. also not true, it has never shown up and i suspect, once again pcs mail"service" is at fault. these people continue to ask for information they have been sent, they have continued to blame the brn for the hold up. and, once again i have a position necessitating a ************* license that i am going to lose because of pcs disgraceful behavior relative to me and my license

      We have issued your license and wish you the best in your career. 

      Paper applications are no longer accepted (as has been the case for 2+ years) and only online applications are accepted, which is why the prior application was not accepted and the payment was mailed back (in March).  The online application was received in April and was awaiting required documents.  In June we received the first Certification of Graduation which had some gaps so could not be processed.  We worked with the school administrator and received an acceptable updated certification of graduation form today (6/27) with all the required fields completed which enabled us to issue a lisense.

      On May 15, ******************************************************************* the **********************. I have been asked to resubmit documents that I have previously submitted repeatedly and have spent several hundred dollars and wasted many hours of my time resubmitting these documents which they continue to claim they have not received. Their customer support is not helpful and gives conflicting information as to how they want to receive the aforementioned documents (i.e., they will state that the documents must be emailed and cannot be send via ** Mail but they will later state that they must be sent by ** Mail and cannot be emailed). It has now been 2 days short of a year and they have not yet made a determination as to whether I am eligible for licensure and still insist that they need verification of my licensure from the ***************** despite the fact I have already sent it to them (at my expense).

      This business is incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest to applicants who spend significant sums and wait anxiously for licensure and have no other options or recourse when PCS loses their documents and fails to respond to emails. I submitted my licensure application with all required documents two months ago. When my application status showed that receipt of my transcript was pending, I resent a copy (by email, through the National Student Clearinghouse as directed on the PCSHQ website, and received confirmation it had been received and retrieved by the recipient). Since that time (over a month ago), I have sent several emails without response, except a standard please allow time to see if we can locate your documents. I have allowed time. The *** website indicates that applications received less than two weeks ago are in final review and my application of two months is being held hostage with no response or indication how ************** and move forward. I have sent the missing document 3 times already. This is significantly affecting my livelihood and peace of mind. They are in no way providing the service for which they have already been paid.

      The license has been issued immediately after finding the transcript.  Our automated transcript matching process failed because file transcript was labeled **** which didn't match.  We found the transcript and have issued the license.  We wish you the best in your career.

      Delays in getting my MA Psychology License have been many, but when I finally got through the lengthy process and was approved by PCS on Jan 5, AFTER I paid the license fee, I was told I would be given a license number within 7 business days. I have been on the phone with them at least 2-3 times per week (waiting for 45+ minutes to talk to anyone) only to be told it will be fixed "today" but I STILL DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE NUMBER. This is significantly affecting me, with a job offer on the line, an inability to get mortgage pre-approval for a relocation move, and now, I am about to be out of a job at the end of the week, because I gave notice to current employer on Jan 5 when I told I was licensed. Where I am expecting a job offer, they will NOT extend the offer until the license NUMBER is active. Potentially, I will be homeless if this isn't cleared up, as my house is pending sale and I cannot purchase another without the job offer. I have emailed them, with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I call them, I feel like there is no recourse, and I keep getting the run around.
