I am in the state of Massachusetts and the State Board of Nursing uses a third-party credentialing servicer Professional Credentialing Services to receive APRN licensure. I applied for APRN Licensure with PCS 6 weeks ago and my application was complete and went into Final Review Status on June 27th, 2022. I received an email that I will attach for review that my application was in final review status on June 27th, 2022. After calling a few times and having various timelines mentioned to me of when I will receive licensure, I depended on the sites timeline which states when Licensure will be issued based on the final review timeline. Well, it looks like the servicer skipped over me altogether and now they are on applications from July 5th forward. Not only have I spent money on this license, but I am supposed to start a job next week. I am extremely upset that this servicer overlooked my application when I have called stating I start my job on August 1st, 2022. Please provide licensure ASAP! I am currently on hold again for 60 minutes as each time I call the wait is over 60 minutes! Why does the MA board of nursing contract with this provider? I have a family and I need to start working ASAP!

I sent in my application for APRN licensure on 5/19/2022. My application fee was collected & the status of everything was received except my transcripts even though I had received an email from my school that my transcript was mailed and received by the PCS. I was informed that they'll conduct a search and email me with the status. I didn't receive an email from them, I called PCS back, and yet they gave me the same answer that they'll get back to me. A month and a few weeks later I called again, at that time they are able to update my transcript and promised to send my documents for a final review with the assurance that its only take 7 days for my license to be processed. I have waited for more than a month, I called PCS every other day to check on the status of my document, some of these associates are very rude, and some will promise that I should wait for 5 days. I have waited and still didn't hear anything from them I have a job offer that I am in danger of losing if my license is not processed. This has been ongoing for OVER two months. Absolutely unacceptable for a "professional" company.

In attempt to apply for barber license by examination in September of 2021, the amount of $*** USD was paid to PCSHQ to cover the exam cost. As of September 30, 2021 all of the required documents were provided and uploaded in the client portal. In the ensuing weeks, I reached out to the client coordinator via the provided email and no response was received. I continued emailing without response for the next two month. I then called PCSHQ and was told that they no longer accept applications from the State of ******** as their relationship expired. At this point I reached out to the State of ******** (which took months to respond) as they were using another credential service. I then reach back out to PCSHQ to request for a refund. As instructed I was told to send email requesting the refund and that someone would reach out in 24-48 hours. After about 6 weeks of emailing and calling this place, someone finally emailed back and said a refund cannot be issued on this matter. I was never awarded the opportunity to scheduler and take the Theory/ Practical exams and have not received any other service for my money. Now I am out of $*** paid to this company that refuses to issue a refund or respond to request in a timely manner.

I filed for my APRN Authorization in ************* on 2/23/2021. I ordered and sent all the supporting documentation on the same day. After reaching out on multiple occasions, I finally received a response on 3/19/2021 stating that my application was in final review status. I received both a personalized email and an automated email from the PCS system stating that I was in final review and that I should allow for 7-10 days for processing. 10 days later I reached out by email to determine if there was a status update available for my application. I was told by a customer service representative that my application was in final review status and that I was in queue to receive a license number. On April 5, 2021 I reached out by both email and phone to attempt to gather more information about my application status. I was assisted by a female customer service representative that stated that I was in final review status and I should be licensed by 4/8/2021 by the end of the day as the coordinator staff was reviewing applications in final review status from the week of 3/22/2021. She stated to me that she would reach out to my coordinator. On the same day I recieved an email stating that I was actually in final review status as of 3/22/2021 and they could not provide any explanation for why I received the automated email on 3/19/2021 indicating a status change. They stated that I would receive my license "soon". It is now 4/8/2021 and their website states they are working on applications starting the week of 4/4/2021. I have not received my license nor any communication stating that there is an issue with my current license. I have asked to speak to a manager over the phone and via email and have been denied on each of two occasions. I paid the $*** dollar fee on 2/23/2021 and provided all the required documentation and have respected the processing times without any meaningful communication or license approval.

I paid $***** on November 19, 2021 to be re-scheduled to take my state board practical exam for *********. I have yet to be re-scheduled. At one point my account went "dormant" and if I had not called to inquire if I was going to get a new test date I would've just been kept off of the list to re-take. Now my application all together is expired so I am being told now I have to re-take all of my exams and pay another $******, and the $***** I paid in November just goes straight into their pockets. SCAM. I have been neglected through this entire process and mislead and it was blamed on *****. I want my money applied to be schedule for my practical exam, which is what I PAID for and for my theory exam to be extended.
