      This company is simply horrible, I wish I could give them negative stars. I was hit by a client of First Acceptance. It went from bad to worst. I'm 57 widowed first responder. so i am not healing as fast as I used to. Now I was rear-ended getting off of the highway and police report shows that it was their clients fault along with her admittance. It took a month for them to accept liability and for me to get my car to a repair shop that would even deal directly with them. Now, I completely understand why. Secondly the adjuster are the worst to get in contact with. My car had additional damage and it took forever for them to reach an adjuster and approve additional payment so long story short. I had to pay for the rental upfront because they do not have an account with ********** and ***** didn't have any vehicles. It was 6 weeks before I got my car back due to lack of responding and slow payments made to the repair shop. The rental ended up being over $2000 and they had the nerve to say they would pay $225 because it was a 3 to 5 day job. Simply unbelievable. Additionally, after seeing how horrible that they were that I just used my own medical insurance for my back injuries. There was one person at the company that was responsive throughout the entire ordeal but he wasn't the one responsible for the payments or approving additional repairs. Thanks Matthew D********* for your patience and assistance. Its so sad that you were the only person they hired with customer service skills.

      It's Above the law. They can drop you just like that . They don't care who you are. I'm going through the same thing you guys are going through. I will be homeless in about a month. Not much to say They have the money respect from all Departments . Said the Adjuster and he knows who he is. Does my comment align with your reviews? Our former President is still struggling with his case, but never will this company face anything like that. Men and women in this country are not above the law Except this company. So save your breath and do what you have to do to move forward

      This was the worst experience as a clamant that I've ever had. They do not answer the phone - the adjuster, the adjuster's supervisor - no one. They are set up this way and they are guilty of false advertising - The poor customer support people. This should be illegal and this company should not exist. You better hope you are not hit by one of these policy holders and you are guilty of driving without insurance if you take one of their policies!!

      This company is a JOKE!! My son was involved in an accident on May 18, 2024. His car was completely totaled. The other driver is insured by this bootleg insurance company. It’s been over a month and there is ZERO communication about our claim other than one letter with a payout amount. Calvin is our total loss adjuster and is a nightmare to deal with. We blindly mailed the title to our vehicle to them and the company that is supposed to be picking up the vehicle has no record of anything. These people do not care about anyone. My son has been without a car for a month and it is causing strain on his employment. Not to mention I am still paying on his insurance because Acceptance has not reimbursed our insurance company for a tow. DO BETTER FIRST ACCEPTANCE!!! This is people’s lives you’re messing with!!!! Clearly y’all respond to these horrible reviews instead of returning phone calls. So whoever reads this, let CALVIN know that my lawyer will be contacting him next.

      They are the most unorganized team of people ever! They don’t respond on a time to help after you have been hit in an accident or file out rental agreement on time. It has taken over several months to get this resolved.

      I would like to start by saying I cannot believe this insurance company is able to legally operate. I was rear ended by a car in FL was this insurance and it has been a nightmare from day one. I have never been able to get an insurance adjuster on the phone so I had to higher a lawyer. The adjuster has also been unresponsive to the lawyer. The company only allows $19 a day for a rental, but there are no rentals for that cost. The insurance company did not respond to the rental companies request for a limit increase or my lawyers attempt to contact them. It is also a nightmare finding businesses that will accept this insurance because they are so well known for their poor communication and horrible payout.

      First Acceptance Insurance should not exist. All the reviews that I read just made me realize that this company is not capable of feeling any empathy for anyone. They are not professional , unethical, selfish, irresponsible, and are probably descendants of *******.. Yes ******... Pure evil.

      Just a bunch of scammers and full of crap. i returned my tag to DMV and decided to just not deal with these people. we were in a Hail storm. i know i had purchased full coverage on my car insurance. they say i didnt. i couldnt file a claim. so i just didnt use them anymore. they can call you 50 times a day for bs but cant answer the phones for other stuff. dont deal with this company. they are not honest people

      First Acceptance Insurance Company is the epitome of corrupt insurance scams that refuse to pay at all costs. In February, my car was backed into at a gas station by someone that had First Acceptance car insurance. We exchanged information and I assumed he would file a claim to get this matter taken care of. A month later, I called First Acceptance and he had not filed a claim, so I filed one and gave them every necessary piece of information including the other driver's license plate number, vehicle make and model, his name, and clear photos of the incident. After several weeks I received a letter claiming that the other driver was not at fault. I then went back to the gas station and got clear video footage of this driver hitting my vehicle and sent it to my claim representative. I called her the same day and she indicated that after receiving the video, everything would be sorted out. 3 weeks go by with no communication and I call today and they say that the other driver's insurance policy lapsed but I would have to call back next week for more information as my adjuster was out of office. The other driver was covered by First Acceptance on the date of the incident as indicated on his insurance card that I got a photo of on the date of the incident. It has been 4 months since the date of the incident - absolutely ridiculous. I have provided every necessary piece of evidence to this company and they have so far refused to admit that their driver was at fault and have failed to pay me to repair my own vehicle. My lesson is to never get hit by someone with First Acceptance "insurance".

      Absolutely the worst company we’ve ever had to deal with. If you’re thinking about insurance, please please stay away from this criminal organization. When my wife had an accident, she was not at fault. Our adjuster put the wrong date on our accident and put her at fault. When we told him no, that was wrong, they closed our claim and started a new one. Took us over a month to even get our claim finished with no callbacks. Fast forward we’re trying to get new insurance because of the nightmare we went through with them and my wife shows an accident on her driving record at fault. It never happened. It was their mistake that they closed and closed out and left. When I called them, they say they don’t know how to fix that mistake and it’s my responsibility to figure it out. No one will call me back anymore. No supervisors answer their phone. It is the worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with please please save yourself and go somewhere else. I’m not sure how this place is even still in business. We recently contacted an attorney to hopefully try to figure something out , I wish the government would investigate this company because there’s no way what they’re doing is legal
