    On may 28th, 2024 I had a hair appointment @ 10am! When I woke up I received a text message from the hair stylist saying she needs to push the appointment to 11:30am. I get there around that time and she said shes still doing a clients hair so can I wait and I did. Then she said she needs a ride to the hair store and asked if I could provide that ride. I could so I did. When we got back from the hair store, my understanding was that It is now my turn to get my hair done but I was wrong. She said the client was still in her studio and she had 7 more locs to do. I waited in the car for an hour and a half more. It was now about 2 in the afternoon. I finally get in the chair and she starts on my hair. It is now 3 pm. On this day I had another appointment at 7 pm to get my lashes done. I quickly realize I wont be able to make that appointment so I cancelled it and informed my hairstylist that now she doesnt have to rush or anything because I no longer have anywhere to be. About 5 minutes passes by and she says she has a homegirl that can do my lashes at 6. She suggests I leave her appointment around 5:30, go to her homegirls to do my lashes then come back. I was fine with this because my flight did not leave until the 30th. I thought I was going to go the lash appointment she set up then come back to finish my hair that night. But again I was wrong. She suggests I come back the next day at 4:30pm. At this point I only have 3 rows of braids done in the back of my head. I leave my hair appointment, go get my lashes done, go home and wait till the 29th @ 4:30 to finish my hair. On the 29th I texted and asked if we can push it back to 5, rather than 4:30. She responded by asking if we could do 6:30 instead because she is still working on a client. I said that works and arrived at 6:30. When I walked in she was no where near done so I gave a seat and patiently wait. I gave too many characters so I have to continue in the desired resolution section sorry!

    The business is a building full of different suites. The suite Im complaining about is owned by ****** dont know her real name and the name of her suite is youlovehair this is her personal phone number *****************. I want to make sure this goes directly to her. Not the owner of the building.
