    I purchased cabinets from a local retailer. When they installed the Cabinet one of the doors is warped. It is flush on top and bottom and 1/4 inch out in the middle. The manufacturer refuses to replace the defective door. They will not enven consider ordering one until October. No where in my paperwork is there a policy I hat says I must wait 4 months before they consider it bad. They have no contact info and do not respond to ******** Messages

As we sell wholesale to the trade and not directly to the end user, we do not monitor our social media for messages. Additionally, we do not discuss client business with end users and will refer end user inquiries back to their servicing retailer. Our cabinetry doors are wood. Wood responds to climatic changes, specifically changes in relative humidity, which can be exaggerated during peak times of the summer or winter. An example is a home that is not climate controlled during the cabinetry installation in the summer or winter. The hinges utilized on our cabinetry allow for up to 1/8" adjustment in 6 different directions. If the bow, twist or warp present can not be mitigated via the 6-way adjustable cabinetry hinges, we ask that our dealers allow the doors to become acclimated to the conditioned home prior to consideration of a replacement claim. For our retailers, this is not an unequivocal denial of claim, merely a request to allow the door or doors to acclimate to a conditioned environment. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They were asking for 3 months and then they MIGHT order the replacement which then takes 6-8 weeks. This warp is a full 1/4 inch and the installer knew it when he installed the doors. I have recently been told that the door is ordered Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/08/03) */ As the door has been ordered by their retailer, then the desired resolution has been achieved. We appreciate your purchase and apologize for any misunderstanding.

    I am a remodeler in Southwest Florida and I sold Kabinart cabinets to a ********. The original order was received on XX-XX-XXXX and was missing almost all of the drawer boxes and had many of the doors and drawers fronts damaged. Today is 03/30/22 and my ******** is still with a partially completed kitchen because Kabinart has not shipped the missing and / or damaged items. I or other company employees have contacted Kabinart directly and our sales rep to no avail. This is beyond a supply issues as I have been advised by my rep that Kabinart has been shipping out complete new orders while my items remain on backorder. I have had to deal with an angry ******** for 5 months because of Kabinarts failure to deliver the materials that we paid for nearly 9 months ago. I have had to give her a $1,500.00 refund as a result of failing to complete her project for so long. I have left messages for ***** with Kabinart to call me and have yet to speak with him. I have tried to resolve this with Kabinart's ******** ******* and have been unsuccessful. I have tried to resolve this with my sales rep *** ***** and have been unsuccessful. This complaint is my last option before filing legal action.
