      I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my wife and I received at the Electronics Express store in Murfreesboro, TN. Initially, we had a positive experience when purchasing a massage chair and several other items totaling $7,000. The salesperson was friendly and helped us set up the purchase and the recurring payment with our bank. However, our satisfaction quickly turned into frustration a month later when we noticed that the bank had deducted the payment twice from my wife's account. We returned to the store to resolve the issue with the sales manager, Janelle. My wife, understandably upset, was expressing her concerns when another customer rudely interrupted with inappropriate and racial comments. Instead of addressing this rude interruption, Janelle accused us of shouting, failing to recognize the difference between a stern voice of dissatisfaction and actual shouting. While we were waiting for further assistance, a salesman named John called mall security and the sheriff on us, which was completely unwarranted. We were simply trying to resolve a double charge issue. Seeing three security personnel behind us was shocking and humiliating. I had to explain the situation to the sheriff and clarify that we posed no threat. John's decision to involve law enforcement was excessive and uncalled for, demonstrating a lack of concern for customer well-being. Janelle should have assisted us in resolving the double charge issue, given that she was involved in the initial sale. I strongly recommend that Electronics Express train their staff on proper customer service and conflict resolution. Our experience showed a severe lack of understanding and professionalism. We felt disrespected and mistreated, and this needs to be addressed to prevent future customers from experiencing similar issues.

      We have usually had success with Electronic Express but we will no longer be using them for anything. We ordered a 75” TV and when they loaded it in the back of my new ***** SUV they scratched my seat and ripped the back gasket in my trunk. I called Taiwan the store manager several times and he promised to get back to me with a solution which he never did. I also called the corporate office twice and they promised me a district manager would call me back with a solution which never happened. Extremely disappointed with the customer service especially after spending thousands of dollars there over the past several years.

      First time in one these stores I was helped by a chick named Izzy in Murfreesboro tn and it was a great experience. I was helped way better there than in any of the other stores like it I’ve been too. I’ll definitely go back

      In August 2022 I bought a ******* stackable washing machine model WF45R6100AC/US. The washing machine tore up didn’t even make it two years. I have purchased the warranty and received a full refund for the cost of the washing machine. I called electronic express at the Hixson location and spoke with someone who I found out later was Patrick. Patrick insisted that I had to buy a brand new set even though there was nothing wrong with my dryer. He refused to even research and see what washing machine would be compatible with my dryer so that it could be stacked. He went on to tell me that the credit that I received from the warranty was in store credit only and could not be refunded so that I could find a unit that would fit my dryer. He also said that their delivery people would not install the dryer after they removed it because it was a liability . I couldn’t use any other parts because it’s a liability everything had to be brand new. He refused to do anything else. I ended up going to the Hamilton place location and they were very helpful and located a washing machine that would fit my dryer. After finding someone to help install this washing machine, I went to the Hixson location in person yesterday and spoke with Patrick again who was still adamant that I had to buy brand new set. He escalated the situation by trying to talk over me and not letting me complete a sentence. Was honestly there to purchase a washing machine. at one point I turned around to walk out of the store and he kept running his mouth. I asked him to please stop and told him I had already spent $2000 in that store and there was nothing wrong with my dryer and I was not buying another set. He kept going on and on about how I needed another set. At one point, he appeared to be smiling like he thought it was funny. Patrick only made the situation hostile. Even had the audacity to tell me he cared about me as I walked out the door which only escalated it. Found out from other locations, not true!

      Do not buy from this company unless you KNOW you will keep the product. They knew ahead of time there were logistics involved that caused me to cancel an order before it was shipped-- and the supervisor who knew shipped it anyway!! To return this TV is $100 shipping cost for a 43" !! They refuse to provide any other option. I am keenly sorry I ever heard of them! It was actually bought through a Sears online promotion. Careful who I trust any more! * *****, Jacksonville, AR

      Be very careful buying from this seller. They canceled my purchase after accepting my money and giving me a tracking number. Without any notice, they sent the money back and canceled the shipping. When I pointed out that we had a sale contract, they refused to discuss it. Customer service would not answer my questions about the sale.

      I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, there was an attempted delivery on Friday and they refused to deliver on the weekend. Electronic Express made restrictions on the shipment so the package could not be picked up, and I had to be there for the delivery. The problem is I work a normal 9-5 job and I can't take off of work for a sound bar delivery. Okay, no big deal, let's just cancel the order and refund me... except they will charge me $40 for cancelling my order. This same exact problem is happening with the TV I ordered from this company except with $300 instead of $40 and I wholeheartedly suggest you look at any other company to buy your electronics. This company is full of scam artists and the assistant manager I spoke with had an attitude from the minute she took over the call.

      Recently purchased a **** device from ****** and this business happen to be the company that took the purchase. The charge for the item was $38.99 plus tax. Upon purchasing, I noticed that **** was offering a lower cost to the item $29.99. After receiving the item from Electronic Express, I decided to contact them and they absolutely refused to give me a partial credit for the difference. They advised that I can return it but would be charged for shipping. I went back & forth with this company with multiple messages and have never been seen a company treat customers like this for less than $10 to provide customer satisfaction. I will also be contacting Amazon about how this business treats it’s customers.

      We recently purchased a TV from the company that was delivered on September 5th 2023. The TV sat where it was delivered unboxed until we were finished with our basement and got to a point where we were able to open it (on October 7th). When we opened the box, we noticed the TV was shattered in the top corner. We called customer service line immediately and escalated the issue as much as we could. All said because we were 2 days past the 30 day return policy and that we were out of luck and there was no way the company could help us. It still has all of its original stickers and packaging and is obviously still in the exact condition we were sent the TV. We chose to support Electronic Express over a much bigger corporation and are now struggling with that decision because of the complete lack of customer service.

      I have sent an email to the email address provided to request pictures of the damages to the screen. Once the damage is verified, we will set up an exchange for the damaged TV to be picked up and a new TV be delivered.

      I bought a ********** side by side in December 2021 and extra 2 year warranty. My icemaker went out a month ago.I called the store and they told me it was covered and I would get an email to set up a time to have someone come out and replace it . I have now called 5 times and no response on replacing it. Just getting the same answer we will fix it . This store will not help you when you need help. Go somewhere else!!
