    We hired service from Think Green Lawn Service, LLC this year, we had more than 6 treatment and paid for those service even we did not see any improvement in lawn growth as they promised during sales. Since last two services, i talked to associates several times about that we are not seeing any improvement and denied to pay until they come back and do retreatment again. Once two retreatment service will complete, will pay for it. They keep asking me to pay due of $90 ($45 for each services), Today i got call from their office and told me if i do not pay they will send it to collection agency. I told if they will not retreat for last two services, i will not pay for those invalid services. So i am seeking BBB help to step into this and try to resolve service issues with business.

    Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/08/26) */ We have this account listed as ***** ****** not ******* We have only performed 6 treatments for them but we have only received payment for 4. The services in question were never paid for as they state above. We last serviced this property on May 20th. It wasn't until we contacted the customer 4 times regarding the outstanding invoices that we received compliant about the issues with the lawn in Late June. At that point the account was on financial credit hold due the invoices being over 60 days old. At that time, our manager went out and spoke with the homeowner and let them know that the majority of the issues would take time to correct and the home owner would need to water and mow more often but that we would not continue to service the lawn without receiving payment for the prior applications that had been done in April and May, almost 2 months prior. We have since attempted to contact Mr. ***** 6 times in regards to the payment due via email and phone. It wasn't until 08/23 he responded with he would not pay until we re applied those 2 applications. The account balance is 120 days past due and has not received treatment from us since May. We are not willing to provide anymore service at no charge and the balance on the account is due.
