From August ***** 2024, I employed Warner Foundation Services for some crawlspace remediation work. Total cost was $10,100. The contract was for clean out the crawlspace, fog for mold and mildew, block off vents and install new 6mil vapor barrier, repair damaged rim joist and joists under the French door area, support properly, install sump pump with GFCI outlet, dehumidifier -at contractor cost +$300 for additional outlet for dehumidifier. While numerous other issues existed, my main complaint is that **** told me he did not push any wood for support against the brick faade when he did the joist repair. So it looks like a piece of wood was just smashed in between the floor joists about 6-8 inches back from the brick facade. There is no support if someone was to push on the facade- I fear it would collapse on itself. My understanding with talking to *** was that this would be cleaned out of rot and a proper support would be installed. The leveling of the joists under the French door appears they were not done to specs, and the joists were slightly bent in the process. The new sill plate appears to be just a spare piece of wood that is not properly sized to the area in which it was installed. There is still a visible gap where I can see the areas that were rotted out and one section still kind of looks like it is still rotted. Now that we can see the cracks in the wall on the main floor, I feel that my job was done with haste so that he could move onto another job. I dont believe our house was given proper care, and the repairs could have been much more thorough. I am quite unhappy, since I now have to pay someone else to completely re-repair the work done by this company. I believe **** jacked the floor joists up so high that it has now caused the remainder of the kitchen to be at a bowed state where you can visibly see and feel the bending in the floor. This did not exist prior to the repair. Ideally I would like $3000 back for the improper joist repair

I have paid Warner foundation $31,000 and still owe them $4000 to waterproof and redirect water away from my foundation. This should have been a 3 weeks job and here we are at month 4 and it's still not completed. Here is the issues created by the company:1. The dumped a ton of dirt into my neighbor's yard 2. The cut my internet and my neighbors internet and when asked to address this they said it was not their fault.3. They cut one of my water pipes 4. They told me they could not remove retaining wall from the side of my house and said they could re-direct spouts to come through the concrete wall. The spouts were put up hill in a position that would not allow water to drain. 5. They poured walkway poorly and had to re-pour. Said they would match color, have not done yet. 6. They were supposed to to fix cracks and waterproof inside of the garage. They have not done this. 7. They ruined part of my driveway 8. I did not receive a discount for removing my retaining wall and braking driveway to put spouts down the hill 9. I still am having issues with water damage inside the garage. 10. Contract said I would pay 1/3 , 1/3 and 1/3 and he aggressively insisted I pay part of that last third before job is done (concrete pouring). So i paid 1/3, 1/3 and $10,000 from the bit. 11. Workers have come out and until addressed worked ***** to 3pm with a 1.5 hour break for lunch.
