    I found the information of **** "Michael Buckley" from *********** He seemed post a lot of advertisement there, claiming that free quote. So, on 11/05/2018, I asked him to fix a **** problem in one of the houses in ********* I managed. He went to my house and very quickly he said he solved the problem. Then he came to me and charged me $250 in cash. Late on, my tenant told me that the **** problem was still there. I called **** and he never answered my phone. I was looking to file a complaint, but I could not find a website until I saw it here today.

    We wanted to replace the HVAC condenser and furnace units for upstairs and downstairs and requested a quote for G****** and *****. ******* ******* suggested ***** is not responding to the call, and we went ahead with 2.5 and 3-ton G****** units for $11k. ******* ******* and his crew installed the HVAC condenser and furnace for the downstairs units on 5/31 and the upstairs unit on 6/2. In between the installation, he wanted to get the payment in separate checks for different accounts and give labor money to his crew. We obliged and handed over separate checks on both days. He and his team removed the old HVAC and furnace units but left a lot of packaging, boxes, and other material next to our trash bin. They damaged the attic cover while moving the furnace unit in the attic, and I didn't ask for the money/replacement. Since 6/2, I have explained to ******* ******* that both units are not cooling as we are getting alerts from the ****** smart thermostat "There may be a problem with your cooling system. For the past 4 hours, your thermostat XXX detected that your home has been calling for cool, but the room temperature has increased by 4.7 degrees" a few times. He responded that units could cool 20 degrees from outside, but we were not getting cool air. Our next-door neighbor and other neighbors didn't have the cooling problem on the same weather days, and their home was cooling to 72 degrees whereas we had 90 degrees. I have texted ******* ******* many times and responded a few times in the beginning, but after that, there was no response or acknowledgment. He mentioned he would check his schedule and come back and look, but nothing happened after many calls, voice mails, and text messages. Towards the end, I wanted him to share both units' model and serial # information so I can get the units registered (required within 60 days) and get the work done from outside, but he didn't show up or share the information.
